It was a shame that part of the pool could not be used because it was the day before the hotel was renovated (>_<)

I used it with my family in the summer.Since it was the middle of the season, we paid nearly 70,000 yen for a night for a family of four, but the room was a regular Japanese-style room without a bath and a bed. It smelled like mold and wasn't properly cleaned.I also used the pool, but the heated pool was lukewarm. The poolside and bottom of the pool are slimy.Since when haven't you cleaned it? It's so greenThe jacuzzi is getting cold tooFirst of all, the fence by the jacuzzi is rusty and falling apart, making it dangerous, and the wooden floorboards are also falling apart. Is the changing room underground? It's in a place likeShower room and floor in changing roomOverall it was dirtyIt's dirty, worst of all, I took a quick bath and thought about how my body was flowingI used the public bath, but the public bath was also really dirty lolThe child's chair wasn't washed and had child's poop on it, and the bathtub was covered in hair and red, so it was better to clean it with a big net? Just scoop it up.Anyway, the floor is slimy lolThe changing room was also very dirty with slippers and hair all over the place, and the provided toiletries were all slippery and slimy lol.Is Viking also bad at coordinating staff time?By the time we were told we could go, there was almost no food, and some people had monopolized the cart. There were so many people occupying all the seats that I couldn't even sit down, and when I finally found an empty table, the desk was still sticky because it hadn't been wiped clean. As someone else wrote, the food was all messed up and it was really dirty! lolI paid close to 70,000 for this? It's like thatYou can also ask the front desk about room cleaning.I couldn't change it because there were no vacancies right now, and even if I could change it, I was told that the price would go up because the grade of the room would go up, which didn't make sense to me, and the staff just apologized. When I was paying the bill on my way home, a person who appeared to be the manager came to apologize.I'm just sorry lolShould I apologize for not having a free room or discount, or even a coupon? It was like that.It was the worst family tripKaraoke room and game cornerThere were no particular problems with the kids corner. The ball pool probably hasn't been cleaned so it's covered in hair lolHonestly, if you're paying the same price, you can go somewhere better. It's so different from the photo

It's filthy, unpleasant, and the worst hotel ever.I will never use it again.Booked a room for 37,000 yen per night for two adults.First, I looked at the pictures and made a reservation, but when I arrived, I realized that it was really the same room. It feels like a completely different room. The hair of all the guests was falling in the room, and the toilet smelled so bad that I didn't even feel like using the indoor bath. I shook the resesh until one was gone, but I couldn't get it off.On the first floor, where the leisure facilities are located, the table tennis table net was damaged and could not be used. Some of the game machines are broken, so it's clear that they're not well maintained.I see people giving high ratings, but are they Sakura? That's a low level.I can live with it for 5,000 yen, but I have no choice but to regret spending 37,000 yen. I would like a refund.Honestly, even 10,000 yen is too expensive. It's really the worst here.

I stayed there on vacation. It seems to be a little far from Shirahama, but since I was driving, it didn't really bother me.The homepage gave the impression that it was quite clean, but in reality, the only things that were clean were the lobby, restaurant, and public bath, and I thought that the rest was appropriate for the model year. The rooms also felt somewhat old.It was cleaned properly so that was good. There are two elevators, but since they are old, I was worried that they would make a rattling noise and stop. The pool is free for guests to use, but the changing rooms are quite dirty. In fact, the entire hallway near the changing room is quite dirty. There is a changing room in the public bath right next to it, so if it's empty, it might be better to change there. There is a large public bath on the 1st floor, but there is a cave-like hallway in the middle, and the humidity in this area is quite strong, making the whole room very damp.It seems that there are guest rooms nearby, but if this is the case, the guest rooms will also be hell. . . ?There was not much air conditioning throughout the building, so the entire building felt hot and humid. The staff were sweating profusely lolThe thing that bothered me the most was that I saw many people with tattoos and large tattoos in the public bath. Shouldn't it be prohibited? The staff also turned a blind eye. When I took a bath for the second time, the staff noticed and gently warned me, but if you can't follow the rules, I don't want you to get a tattoo or come to a hot spring. Also, since it was a weekday, the shops were not open, so I couldn't buy anything at night. It's a shame.I have written only bad things, but the buffet had a wide variety and was very delicious. The large public bath was also clean and had a nice view.I had a good impression of the staff's customer service. Also, when I checked in, they told me that another larger room was available, so they changed me, which I was happy about.

I stayed there for 1 night and 2 days at the end of July 2024. In previous years, I would have stayed at an accommodation within walking distance of Shirarahama Beach, but this was my first time staying here due to budget constraints. I had heard that the price was low and it was aimed at children, but there were more facilities for children to enjoy than I expected (karaoke, table tennis, arcade, athletics, pool), which was great. The dinner and breakfast buffets were also very satisfying in terms of menu and quality. Also, there were many families with children, so it was nice to be able to spend time there without worrying. It's a little far from Shirarahama, the hotel's parking lot is a little far, the rotary at the front entrance is a little narrow and inconvenient when it gets crowded, and the check-in time was late, so it was difficult to find dinner or breakfast. I was a little concerned that I couldn't decide on a time (from 8pm or from 9am), but I feel like they compensated for the price. I would like to consider this as one of my options when I come to Shirahama next year!Lastly, all the staff were very kind!

This was my first time using Yukai Resort, and the customer base was worse than the staff or the dirty facilities. At Vikings, parents often return food that their children have touched with their hands. The chocolate fondue was full of saliva as some children kept putting it back after licking it (I never let them eat it)Even if ice cream or drinks are spilled, they are left unattended, so the child slipped. There are many other items that are sold frozen and they don't taste good. Many people come to the public bath soaking wet from the pool, so the changing room is soaked. The changing room at the pool was full of mold and smelled so bad that I didn't even want to stay there.Children enter the footbath with shoes on (sandals).Furthermore, there was a case of theft inside the building.I wish they had written that the room had a bad view or something, but the room was dark and damp and you couldn't open the curtains at all. Is it because of the mites? My entire family developed eczema the next day.I didn't have high expectations since it was cheap, but I've never been to such a bad accommodation before. I will never use Yukai Resort again.

renewal? It's very beautiful what it does. There was a rock climb and a swimming pool, which the kids really enjoyed. The breakfast and dinner buffet also had a lot of seafood, and the seafood bowl that you could make yourself was especially great. The hot springs were sulfur springs and very relaxing. Although the price cannot be said to be cheap, considering the comprehensive facilities and services, I think it is a very good value for money. It was an inn that I would want to go to again♪
