The cost performance is the best✨You can rent towels to use in the shower room, but we recommend bringing your own.

I was lucky to be the only one in the female dormitory for the 2 nights I stayed. The bathroom/showerroom were very clean and the bed was good. There is a little kitchen for the necessities. I was also able to work in the evening in the common area and the owner was very kind.It’s good for the small price!

The owner has a relaxed atmosphere and kept in touch with me before my arrival, which made me feel at ease. The facilities were adequate and had a simple kitchen with tableware. The toilet and shower room were clean and I was happy that shampoo and body soap were provided!The bed is simple but comfortable with 3 outlets.Basically, if you are staying at a guesthouse, you should prepare the minimum necessary equipment yourself, so I think you will be able to stay comfortably without any problems.The entrance to the building was an arcade with many fun-looking shops lined up.The location is good, both Wakayama City Station and Wakayama Castle are within walking distance. You can rent bicycles, so it's not that difficult to walk around the city or go to the beach.

Best value hotels around the Wakayama station, even you driving here, there's a cheap parking lot in back street (500yen/ 24hours).
