I stayed here on a holiday towards the end of summer. The children were very happy with the beautiful scenery and pool. There was a wide variety of buffet options, and the hot springs were pleasant.Although the service is not comparable to that of a luxury hotel, and there are some aspects that are appropriate for the price, I felt that the overall cost performance was high due to the all-inclusive service and food.I would also like to visit other affiliated hotels. That was a little disappointingAbout customer serviceWhen I arrived, there was no greeting or guidance. There is hardly any place to sit in the large lobby.I wanted them to tell me that there was a waiting room in the back. There was a long line to check in until the evening.Isn't it possible to give long oral explanations of precautions on paper and have the bathing tax paid after the fact?Instead, the futon in the Japanese-style room was laid out by yourself, but no explanation was given.loungeSound echoes in one corner of the lobby, making it annoying and unsettling. The air conditioning is weak and it's hot. The line for snacks was terrible.I think this problem can be solved by leaving some snacks in the waiting room. The person in charge did his best to accommodate us and there was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, but it was a waste.bathThe water bath is too lukewarm at room temperature. occupied by children.A customer with tattoos all over his body walked in without any problem.Drinks in the bath lobby are only water and vinegar. It would be great if you could drink beer after taking a bath.vikingIt's very crowded because there are no time reservations.Especially the live kitchen and drinks. There is no sign to let you know if it is after dinner, so it is difficult to tell whether the table is empty or not.poolThe water in the large pool is too deep. There's no shade at all. There is no dehydrator for swimsuits. The dryer is weak and won't dry.I thought the pool would be dangerous unless there were height restrictions, parents were required to be present, or the water depth was low.In fact, there was a scene where a small child was drowning alone and we rescued him. The parents were not watching from a distance and the lifeguards were slow to react.Although the parents who left the child unattended are to blame, the lifeguards should also be careful about situations in which only small children are left alone. .roomAlthough it was a Japanese-style room that had not been renovated, it was spacious enough.Feels old but worth the priceThe futon is folded in the tatami room, so I don't feel comfortable.I was a little disappointed that even though I made a reservation for 4 people, there was only enough water for 3 people. The view was very beautiful overlooking the sea.It was a long holiday so it was inevitable that it would be crowded.I'm sure you'll be very satisfied if you go outside of the busy season. It's a very good hotel and it has just been rebranded, so I'm giving it a 4 rating with high expectations for the future!

My parents and wife stayed at the Grand Mercure in Awaji around May, and they complimented me on how good it was, so this time, my wife and I went to Grand Mercure Minabe on October 13th, during the three-day holiday. Thank you for your helpFirst of all, I went to the parking lot at around 3:30 pm, past the check-in time, and I thought that the large parking lot was more than half full (that's amazing!), but there were about 4 people at the reception counter. I lined up for about 40 minutes, blocking the entrance, and after receiving the explanation, I went to the lounge for a beer, but there was also a line of about 10 people and there was no place to sit. m(_ _)m I drank my beer standing and went to my room. The room was on the 4th floor, facing the north and overlooking the ocean and mountains in the distance, as well as solar panels nearby.I had slippers, but when I walked on the carpet barefoot, it was damp and sticky, like a seaside resort hotel m(._.)mWhen I went to the public bath to freshen up, there was no line, but there were quite a few people in the large-capacity bath.I went to the dinner buffet venue a little later, around 7pm, and some people were eating at tables outside the venue, but I quickly put my luggage on the table of the person leaving and got it.I thought I would be able to find a meal, but what could I find in a crowd of people trying to cook? ? ? Where do you start lining up? ? ? Before that, where are the obon tableware? ? ? I was limited to the amount of food I could prepare and couldn't enjoy a variety of dishes.By the way, breakfast is also buffet, which is smaller than dinner, but it's quite good.Check out was quick as all you had to do was return the key ^_^Even though I'm an amateur, I thought it would be nice to be able to organize people's flow lines and set entry times for buffets.I will try again on weekdaysThank you in advance for that time.

I forgot to take a photo. The location was great, convenient and had a great view. The lobby, guest rooms, and bathrooms were clean, but the bathroom in the room felt old.I was disappointed because I checked in late and didn't get much benefit from the all-inclusive.The breakfast buffet was amazing and I ended up eating way too much. The staff here are very nice and wonderful.I was concerned that the check-in counter was not very friendly.

It was advertised as high class, but the food and bath were good, but the carpet and ceiling in the room were full of stains. The lighting is also stained. Are you making it more and more beautiful? The room on the 4th floor was dirtier than other business hotels in the area. Full of stains.Since I'm traveling, I'm looking for an unrealistically clean space, but I just feel uncomfortable and dirty. There are 3 elevators, but they don't seem to work, so they never come. It's on my floor! Even though I thought so, I passed by.The only thing that saves me is food, but there are so many people that I'm already tired of going to get it.I don't know about the Mercure chain, but I will never go to Minabe.

With the all-inclusive plan, we were able to start drinking from the moment we arrived, and we ate at a slightly different time, so we were able to enjoy a leisurely meal without the crowds.

If the number ends in an even number, you can see the sunrise, and if the number ends in an odd number, you can see the sunset from your room. There is a QR code for the hotel app in the information given at check-in, and you can check the details in the Q&A there. In the guest room, if there are 4 people, there are two beds and two futons. There are convenient outlets everywhere. Wi-Fi is reasonably strong. Basically all the dishes are delicious. The cream puffs are made with cream added on the spot, so the dough is crunchy and the best! Mont Blanc is too modestly sweet, so it's a bit unsatisfactory for those with a sweet tooth. The food was delicious, but the dessert was especially delicious. The hot springs close early, so if you want to enjoy the hot springs as much as possible, you will need to eat early. Cleansing, lotion, and emulsion are available in the changing room, which is convenient for women as it reduces the amount of luggage they have to carry. I will use it again!

Even though it's all-inclusive, lunch is not included and activities are not included...Rather than being all-inclusive, it's more of a regular type of free drink for a limited time. The lounge only has dry goods. In the lounge at night, drinks are limited and there is no beer. The only alcohol available for breakfast is sparkling. In Japanese-style rooms, you have to lay out your own futon. The bathtub in the open-air bath is small...There were complaints in other reviews, but when I went to take a bath at around 10:20 p.m., the staff told me that it was until 11 p.m.! I was glared at and intimidated.I knew that much, so I was ready to just soak in the bathtub and get out right away.If there are people still in the bath before 11 o'clock, you should be able to intimidate them. I feel really bad.Even if there are not many customers at the time of check-in, it takes a long time to check-in...

Used on tour. The selling point was that it was all-inclusive, but the image was somehow different. …
