It’s an old hotel so don’t expect anything modern but the atmosphere is amazing especially if you’re a westerner it’s traditional Japanese and of course everyone is super friendly. Lots of free food and perfect views. Ask to be upgraded to a room with a private shower for a few bucks more a night

A great seaside hotel with 2 onsens (rotating between men and women morning and night) breakfast buffet and (rare) vegetarian options if you book in advance. There's a great dusk walk with beautiful reflective views of the sea!

Wonderful scenery with the window going out to the sea. The rooms are nice and fairly large, and the rooftop bath is spacious, clean, and a good place to relax. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to pick us up at the train station. The food is standard fare, we didn't find it too exciting.

We stayed in a Welcome Baby Miki House certified Japanese-style room.Best of all!It was my first time using Welcome Baby's inn, and I regret that I should have stayed earlier!Welcome Baby's room is equipped with toys, an auxiliary toilet seat, a microwave disinfection machine, and a microwave oven. There are rooms available for rent in the lobby, so I think it's okay even if it's not a welcome baby room.I wondered if there was water in the refrigerator to cool the milk, so I checked, but they said they had a water server, so I could just put it in a special bottle and chill it. I was very grateful. (I forgot to buy water, so I was prepared to buy water if I didn't have enough.) It's a water server that everyone can use. There was a picture of a panda at the entrance of the room, so the kids could come here too! I'm glad I was able to point to it and understand. However, the room was in the back, so it was really long...I thought that when I checked in, but since it was far from the lobby, it was a corner room, and I thought it was in the back so I could hear the baby's cries. I think there were people going to the bathroom early in the morning, so I thought it would be difficult for the kids to wake up if they heard rustling noises in the hallway, so I guess I chose the room in the back. I thought so. I am impressed by the consideration given by the management. When I checked in, I had some luggage and it was difficult to carry it to my room, so I think it would be a good idea to bring a stroller and carry it with my luggage. The restaurant had a private room for us, and since our two-and-a-half-year-old baby likes to crawl and move around, we really appreciated having a private room... We were able to eat slowly and not be in a bad mood. is completed. The children's meal was gorgeous, with a wide variety of plates and even udon, rice balls, and chawanmushi. I thought it would have been a great help if they had left scissors to cut the children's meals, but I guess they didn't leave them there because it was dangerous...I will bring them next time I stay.I also used the kids space on the first floor while I was waiting for a while, and I thought there was a big difference between having a kids space and not having one. Thank you for installing it.I think all the staff members were wonderful. I only had one hand free because I was holding my baby the entire time, but they were very helpful, helping me pack my things and putting them in a bag, and when I asked them to make milk, they responded quickly. The foreign staff at the restaurant worked hard and made the place very comfortable and relaxing.Although it is old overall, it was clean and every corner of the room was kept clean. My sister also lent me her cute yukata, and we were able to make wonderful memories as a family.I would like to stay here every year. Please come and stay with us if you are bringing children. We hope to see you again next year!

We had an ocean view of the sea from our room✨ From the lobby on the first floor, we went through the terrace and took a walk along the inland sea. A part of the promenade along the coastline has collapsed, so you can visit the shrine on the other side and take a walk. The sea water is clear and beautiful ✨ We had a seasonal kaiseki meal 🌿 We had a Japanese, Western and Chinese buffet in the morning and were already full. The bath was moist and smooth in the sodium hot spring ♨️ and we felt warm afterward ✨ It's a good hot spring ♨️ ✨

I stayed in the welcome baby room. There is also an auxiliary toilet seat, a trash can for diapers, a pot, and a microwave, which are really nice facilities for people with babies. The view is also good. The hotel itself may have been around for a few years, but the tatami mats had been replaced and the rooms were clean and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. There was an animal sticker on the door, so the kids were in Giraffe's room too! I remembered it right away. The room is cool, but the hallway is quite hot.I thought I would have my meals in my room, but they showed me a private Japanese-style room in the restaurant, and I was able to enjoy them in a relaxed manner. It's summer vacation, and I'm extremely tired from raising children, but this was my first time sightseeing in Wakayama and I was able to relax. The staff were also very kind. There were some people who were probably from overseas, and they were doing their best. I want to support you.The price is also reasonable.

It's a cheap and convenient location, so I can't really complain.Yumeshi was of general deliciousness. The breakfast was of the highest level (buffet)![If you find this information helpful even in the slightest, please be sure to long-press and press the reaction button!][Evaluation: How was the price compared to the price for all items?] and marked with ★. Even if it's old and hasn't been cleaned up enough, if I feel it's historical, I give it a lot of stars. ]I personally thought that if the glass in the bathroom was cleaned every day, the number of customers would double. The glass of the open-air bath, which emphasizes the view, was so dirty that I couldn't see the view. (lol)The air conditioning in the restaurant was so strong that I felt like a penguin.Anyway, with the combination of Tenjinzaki and Adventure World, there is nothing to complain about at this price.

The room was quiet and the food was delicious. However, the customer service was really bad. We had a dinner on the second day, but the food that came out was different from what was on the menu. If you have decided to serve a different dish than the first day, I think you should either change the menu or explain it in advance. Also, when I order a drink, it never comes out, and even after I ask, they don't bring it even after I say I'll check. After I said this about 5 times, they brought it to me, but they didn't even apologize for being late. I didn't want to go there again. I think it's a good idea to hire foreign staff, but I want them to be able to serve customers accordingly. Even though the food is delicious, it all goes to waste.
