There was a plan that allowed even a single man to stay for multiple nights, so I decided on this one.As for the location, as everyone says on the website, it is on a hill, so it is located at the top of a hill.I took a bus to Yuzaki and took a back road to the inn, but I had to walk up a steep hill.It wasn't a problem since I only had a backpack, but if you can bring suitcases without a car, I think it's definitely better to take a taxi.I went down that slope once when it rained, and it was so steep that I almost slipped.Regarding the hot springs, there is a small open-air bath, an indoor bath, and a sauna, and there is a system that lets you know when the hot springs are crowded.I think I was able to check it from my smartphone and from the LCD monitor on the upper left of the hot spring entrance on the 2nd floor...When I used it, it was in the evening and early morning, and there were no other people in the room, so I was able to relax by myself. The women seemed to be a little crowded. The temperature of the indoor bath was just right, but the outdoor bath was a bit lukewarm. It's a very pleasant hot spring. The guest room is a Western-style room with two beds.Since I was the only man there, I didn't have any inconvenience.Regarding amenities, a toothbrush is set in the room, but other than that, you have to bring it from the front desk.It wasn't a problem since I brought my own, but if you want to use it, please be aware that there must be a limit on the number of items.Yukata rentals are available. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The amount was just right, not too much and not too little. This time, there were days when I didn't need breakfast, and I was able to get a slightly cheaper price by calling ahead of time to find out about a plan that wouldn't conflict with my dinner courses due to consecutive nights.I was able to enjoy the hot springs and have a very satisfying stay.

It's quite a climb up the hill, but there are plenty of parking lots and it's free, so it was nice. There are no convenience stores nearby, so I recommend buying snacks first at Gourmet City. The inside of the hotel does not have automatic locks, but it didn't feel old and I had a comfortable stay. The hot springs are equipped with the latest sensors that can tell you how crowded they are from outside. Is the temperature of the hot water around 40 degrees? I think it was a little lukewarm for me. The quality of hot water was good.We enjoyed Kumano beef in a course using local ingredients. The homemade tofu for breakfast was delicious. On the second floor, there is a table tennis table and a children's space, with slides and building blocks to keep children happy. My child loved bouldering and was climbing even before checking out.I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere, so I would like to stay there again.

◆OverallA hotel built on a hill above Shirahama Onsen. There are not that many rooms, and they are small to medium in size. The main attraction is the chloride spring called Kanro-no-yu, and some rooms have an open-air bath. The building looks quite old, but the interior and exterior have been thoroughly renovated and it's clean, so it doesn't feel old.◆Guest roomsUse a room with an open-air bath. The room seems to have about 15 to 17 tatami mats, so it's plenty spacious. It has tatami mats and hardwood floors, so you can even go barefoot.◆Hot springOf course, you can take a bath at any time in the open-air bath. The hot spring water feels so good that you get addicted to it.This alone is worth the stay.Although we also used the large public bath, you can fully enjoy yourself just by taking a bath in your room.◆MealsBoth dinner and breakfast are Japanese-style menus. It's not as fancy as steak or shabu-shabu, but all the dishes made with locally sourced ingredients are delicious and the portions are just right. The oboro tofu and dried fish that were served for breakfast were especially delicious, and I wanted a second helping.(You can get refills depending on the item, such as rice or miso soup.)◆ServiceThe staff's service is average, but they are child-friendly.It's safe for families with children, as they serve desserts for small children who are fussy, and there's always a diaper bin available.

I was looking for a hot spring inn on high ground and found this place because there are rumors that a Nankai Trough earthquake is coming soon. First of all, the quality of the spring water is excellent. I don't go to Shirahama because it has a lot of chloride springs, but this one seems to be alkaline for some reason and is very similar to Sakakibara Onsen, where I love the hot springs. Moreover, you will be very satisfied with the wonderful view of Engetsu Island from the three types of open-air baths in the rooms! There are many kinds of food, and the prices are very reasonable! And everything is so delicious. Abalone is more filling in Odori-yaki than in shabu-shabu! The quantity is more than enough even without abalone. I like the service, but I think it's reasonably modest and the price is reasonable. Still, there are free refills of service drinks, morning yogurt, salads, dried fish, and tea porridge, a kids room, table tennis table, massage chairs, Haagen-Dazs and bath salts for sale for a fee, and you can see how crowded the bath is on your smartphone. etc., is very thorough. The customer base is almost exclusively Japanese, so it's a great place to spend your time! Is the slope of the parking lot the only flaw? I was told a flat space.

2024.7.31Used by family. It is located on a hill about 15 minutes walk from Shirarahama. It's on a hill, so it's easy to get there, but the way back is uphill. If you want to play at Shirarahama Beach, you can use the parking lot. Shirarahama Beach is very popular this time of year, so I'm very grateful that they let me use the parking lot. There is also a laundry room on the 4th floor, which was helpful. The rooms, front desk, and dining area are modern and stylish. The food was also delicious. I also appreciate that the dining area is a semi-private room so I can relax. The hot springs have a slight sulfur smell. It's moisturizing, but it also feels like it makes your skin taut. Apparently there's also a simple kids' room and karaoke, and you can tell how crowded the public bath is from your phone. It's innovative and convenient. The location is difficult to reach through narrow streets, and there are no convenience stores within walking distance, so it would be a good idea to get the necessary supplies in advance. Also, although it was clean overall, I felt that the cleaning was not done properly in the small areas. For example, windows.Overall I was very satisfied.thank you very much.

The quality of the hot springs is extremely good. There are multiple hot springs in Shirahama, but this one is great! The refreshing feeling after climbing is also exquisite. The rooms are clean and I can see why it's popular. If it was a teachers union, I would have been able to get a better deal (^^)
