Stayed here with my family for a night, the service was exceptional and the bath was very clean and hot. We got ice cream afterwards and it was great! My favorite part was our japanese style room overlooking the beach. Highly recommend! We will come back again next year.

The Hotel is not too big and has a cozy atmosphere. It was nice to see the sea from the window. In additional there was a massage chair in the room which was very nice. The location and the customer service of the staff were good but the only amenities were tooth brushes and hair dryers. No shampoo. conditioner or body soap. It looks like if you want contact the front desk by phone and bring it. The breakfast japanese style is very delicious.

I stayed at 4 onsen ryokans / hotels during my trip and this hotel gave me the worst experience I have never had, not just in comparison to the other 3 onsen ryokans / hotels which I stayed in my trip, but all onsen ryokans / hotels I stayed in Japan before. The photos in the official website gave me a good impression but eventually the experience turned out to be the opposite. The room was dim. The decoration was old with low maintenance. The false ceiling near the air-conditioner was cracked but not repaired. The carpet was old and worn but was not replaced. For the dinner (夕食), the seafood including the sashimi and lobsters (伊勢海老) were not fresh and tasted bad. The Japanese beef (和牛) seemed to have been put in the fridge for a long time. The corridor leading to the public onsen bath gave a terrible atmosphere. The breakfast (朝食) was also a nightmare. It seemed that all items were just taken from the fridge. The expensive price did not guarantee a good experience. I think this is the reason why there were only a few groups of guests staying at the hotel. On the day I stayed at the hotel, there were only 4 groups of guests, but the hotel has more than 50 rooms. On the next days the situation was better, with a total of 6 groups of guests.

We stayed at room 1201, the biggest one on the floor with western and tatami beds. Room is very spacious with an impressive sea view and the beautiful beach.  …

On our 10 day trip touring onsens, we started here at Yanagiya. It's a large hotel, not what you would consider cozy. However, the kaiseki was tremendous. ||||We went in the off-season (April). …

I stayed there in August after visiting Adventure World on a weekday (not Obon). An employee moved my private car somewhere. The hot springs are at a comfortable temperature and are the best! I went there 3 times in one night. It was quite relaxing. The food is great in volume and taste! The whole family is 5 stars! The reason I gave it a 4 for the service was because it was a pain to keep waiting at the coin laundry to use it. I want another one.Overall, they were very kind, and they were quick to help me change the size of my child's yukata, which was great! The kids were very happy to catch two pandas with the UFO catcher! The scenery is beautiful and I highly recommend it.

Accommodation for beach swimming and adventure world purposes.Close to the bus stop and within walking distance of the beach.Luggage storage is available even before check-in on the day of your stay. There is also a changing area, so you can change into your swimsuit and head out for a swim right away. Both breakfast and dinner were served as individual meals at a restaurant, but they were evenly delicious and the portions were just right.Might not be enough for big eaters? The temperature of the water in the bath is just right, and if it's open-air, even children can use it.The facility itself feels old, but it doesn't feel luxurious or cheap, and has a reasonably good feel.

I always use it when I stop by Shirahama. The sea is right in front of you, so the view is nice and it feels refreshing. You can enjoy various baths at this inn. The private bath is also great. There are so many types of dishes that I always have a hard time deciding which one to choose. This traditional inn has a clean and dignified appearance. The prices are also very reasonable and seem to be more than worth the price.

In conclusion, the food, the open-air bath in the room, the view, the room, the customer service, everything was perfect! The plan is that you can eat your meals in your room, and your room comes with an open-air bath.It was a very happy time as we were able to eat slowly while talking. The sashimi is very fresh, and I only have what I want, such as spiny lobster and grilled abalone, so I'm very satisfied with the course meal. Also, is the open-air bath in the guest room indirectly lit at night? There was a very good atmosphere.Since it comes from a hot spring source, the smell was great, and the temperature was just right and it felt very comfortable.Indeed, all rooms had ocean views and we were able to enjoy a very beautiful view. The TV was small, but the main thing was the food and the open-air bath in the room, so I was very satisfied! Also, since it is close to Shirahama, I thought it would be easy to access! It was a really good memory!I would like to go again soon.thank you very much!
