stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, the superior room was very good. The room is spacious and cute. The bathroom was very comfortable. But unfortunately the staffs can't speak english very well. The lobby also very nice too. Very near from the Wakayama Station and only 1 miles away from wakayama castle

Close to Wakayama JR Station, it is not expensive for japanese standard. Wifi internet is free but only close to hotel front. They were reconstructing some places at the 1st floor, that makes the place a little messy. …

A non-smoking room of me is a very good, Hotel staff is select a single room and have a path of living room and sleeping room very excellent. Restroom separate bath and zinc is very good. Location 5 minute walk in Japanese style from Wakayama Station and around that area is a lot restaurant for your choice.

Very cute and pretty inside and outside, English speaking staff available, room is Japanese style seating area with bed, very nice view from room balcony where we watch sunset, TV was very small but we did not need to watch TV at all, hot spring was nice, food and service was very good too. We like it!

This is worst then hostel. Place not maintained, hotel is dull n old from exterior, corridor feels like old factory walk way. Room has pipes running arcoss ceilings, all furniture including fridge n kettle is simply run down

The room is big and comfort. But the pillow is a bit hard. The sign for front desk and elevator can be missed easily.(I took the elevator to the function room/hall and it was all dark)

i stayed here for 5 night, the room was big enough for the 5 of us. and i like it so much that our room is a japanese style.. staff are friendly but their english is bad..easy to find only 5 minutes walk from wakayama station and convenience store..

Location is quite good, near from JR station just walking 8 minute.||The hotel are very new i think they have a renovation before.||Stylish renovation, look very nice.||Room are clean and big but the toilet a bit weird.
