The location was near the station, and I felt at ease with the kind and courteous customer service from the front staff.

I stayed here during a live performance at Wakayama Big Whale. One night for two with breakfast and welcome drink (water, oolong tea, 2 bottles of beer) costs 18,200 yen, which I felt was very reasonable. From the entrance to the room, the cleaning was thorough and very clean. The amenities in the room were sufficient, and I was satisfied with the quality of service given the price. Please note that the refrigerator installed in the room must be turned on by yourself when you use it, and it takes a while for it to cool down. I also felt that the cooling ability was weaker than a regular refrigerator. Also, the hotel's parking lot is available for 1000 yen, but the location is a bit far (crossing the traffic lights twice on the main street). There are nearby parking lots that are cheaper than that, and I used the 24-hour 800 yen parking lot right behind the hotel. If you have time, we recommend arriving early and looking for an empty nearby parking lot!

A man was about to pull me by the arm and take me to this hotel, and I kept resisting and asking him to let me go home, but the front desk staff just asked if I could go to my room quickly. I thought it was the worst thing to do, even though it was okay for anyone to report something that was clearly wrong.

Great location! Close to Wakayama station, easy access and affordable parking next to the hotel. The reception is right at the entrance of the hotel, on the first floor, they are kind and attentive in their service, in the lobby, you have the option of pillows, of all types, from soft to harder, something different. The rooms are spacious, clean and organized, with a massage chair for you to relax. In the hallway, next to the elevator, drinks machine for your convenience. Massage service options are offered by the hotel. For hygiene, use alcohol in several places.Nearby convenience store, supermarket, gas station and shopping mall, Wakayama castle is 2 km from the hotel. I recommend!

It seems that the real estate company is in the hotel business, so the reception at the front desk is not very helpful. When I call to inquire, they hang up before I can, and when I try to check in, they don't even check the plan and say forcefully, "It's not time to check in yet!"I was tired after a long trip and wanted to smoke. Is there a smoking area? to the question ofI was surprised when I heard “It’s at the 7-Eleven over there!”I just thought I'd go in if it was inside the building...I thought the 7-Eleven would be a nuisance, and the breakfast didn't have anything typical of Wakayama, not even pickled plums (lol). It's near the station, and it's a good value for money hotel.
