I used it at Gurcan.I made a reservation and told them on LINE that I would like to go to Gurukan, but I was told that the response was poor and that they might not be able to accommodate my wishes on the day.I was nervous, but when I told the receptionist on the day, they were kind enough to accommodate me and I had a great time.

My back hurts because the guest room tent is low. The service is decent. The location is not very clean, near the sea. You can see many graves ahead.

A long time ago, I went camping at this campground with my co-workers.We set up a tent and stayed overnight, but the surroundings were quiet and we were able to sleep well. There is also a shop inside the campsite, which is convenient and sells mosquito coils and other items separately. There is also a Marunaka Hikita store nearby, so if you forget to buy something or suddenly need something, you can go and buy it right away.Even if you sweat, there is a shower room where you can wash away your sweat and feel comfortable. You can try canoeing in the yellowtail pond next door, and it was really fun.I think it's a facility that families can enjoy together, so I would like to come with my family next time.Recommended! !

I happened to pass by a really nice glamping facility and took some photos! There seemed to be plenty of facilities for glamping, camping, and barbecue venues!I would definitely like to stay there if I have a chance!

It was our first time to use this camping area. We were on auto camp site E (I was happy because I didn’t want my small kids to get close to the lake unsupervised.)The campsite itself was spacious and full of green scenery. The staff were wonderful, vibrant and kind and played with my kids. The saltwater lake is full of interesting creatures, hermit crabs, crabs and fish so my kids had a great time knee deep exploring the water. As others said there is a lot of emphasis put on “glamping”, but I feel that we enjoyed the atmosphere a lot with a low cost just by auto camping. There was a good onsen nearby we used (I agree the shower times for campers just 2 hours at dinner time is kind of ridiculous, hence -1 star). They should sell ice cream and snacks though I think it’s the first camp that I’ve seen not to sell these :) but we went to the grocery store to buy some. There is a fishing spot nearby that we could catch sea bream. My kids caught one and I cooked it at the auto camp :)

I've used it before, but the owner has recently changed. It used to be a pure auto campground, but now it's mainly a glamping facility, so campers may feel a bit cramped.Shower facilities are free and open 24 hours a day for glamping guests, but from 5pm to 7pm for camping. You can check in at 2:00 pm and even if you finish setting up and sweat, you can't wait until 5:00 pm.Why is it limited to 17:00 to 19:00 since it overlaps with meal time and is difficult to use?The places with nice views around the pond used to be available for free, but now they are all glamping facilities. The only free sites currently available are places like school playgrounds, but there are no users at all and for some reason they don't seem to be accepting reservations. There are 14 divided sites, and when I used them, there were only about 4 groups, but they were gathered in a continuous area near the administration building. It seems that even if you rattle your wishes, they won't listen to you.Since there are 14 sites, I thought it would have been possible to skip one site and use it comfortably without feeling crowded. The facilities used for glamping had been renovated and were in good condition, but the cleanliness of the toilets used by campers was poor.I didn't have any problems with the customer service or attitude of the employees, but I wonder if they should just skip the campsite and just do glamping? I felt like I wanted to say that.

There are glamping facilities, cabins, and remote tent sites around the lake. I used an auto campsite, but it seemed like the owner had changed, so it was a little different from the Oike I used before. Check-in is exactly at 2pm, so you won't be able to enter even if you arrive early. The sanitary building is equipped with clean toilets and showers (free of charge), but the benches in the building were littered with cleaning tools and unnecessary parts, making it look dirty and making it impossible to sit on the benches. Shower hours were short, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and it overlapped with meal time, which made it very hectic and disappointing. The tent site was grassy and had a sink, so we were able to spend a relaxing time at the site with a beautiful view.

Great location on the pond side.but.It seems the management has changed. According to the website, there doesn't seem to be any place to camp near the pond.So I won't go.Are there more campgrounds like this?Don't put too much emphasis on glamping...

Previously, if there was availability, you could make a reservation over the phone a few days in advance or even on the same day, but now reservations can only be made online, and I can't make a reservation even on weekdays when it would obviously be available. Ta.It's a shame because it was a good place.

This is a campground with the worst management system.Since reservations cannot be made over the phone, please make reservations online. When I tried to make a Saturday and Sunday free site reservation for my family of 5, it was not possible, so I contacted them again. When I asked them to confirm, they said that there were spaces available on the free site, but they said they didn't know why they couldn't make reservations. The person in charge is not available today, so I will contact you tomorrow morning. Be sure to make a reservation. and.I have not heard from you by noon the next day, so I am contacting you.A different woman than the one from the previous day answered the phone, so I told her that.It is said that no message was kept.He insisted that there was no way to contact him because the person from the day before had the day off today. What's more, even when they say that they are in trouble, they respond with a mocking laugh. However, when I checked carefully, it was in the information sharing section. That's what I said. Not possible at this point. And since the free site is full, you can't make a reservation! I ended up saying that. There is space available at the auto campsite, but there is a limit of 4 people. (There was no such information on the site, and what about families?) I was told to look for another campsite.I can't get anyone to talk to this woman, so is there someone in charge? That being said, it won't come out until 2 weeks later. and. After all, I am the one in charge. and. I was about to give up, but I got the phone number of the management company and contacted Dive Co., Ltd.When I got through to the person in charge, they hung up and it took 2 and a half hours. As a result, it was not accepted due to an error in information transmission. Please look for another campsite. I gave up.I was really shocked because when I used to camp at Oike Campground, it was managed by very friendly old men and I had a really comfortable time there. It's a real shame as it is a campsite with great scenery and temperature.
