Enjoyed our stay at Nirwana Seaside Cottages, location could not have been better, we had deluxe rooms on ground floor overlooking pool. They also had adjoining rooms. Infinity Pool was absolutely clean and beautiful with frangipani tree leaning out over part of pool for some shade. Perfect temperature, not hot or cold. Small kiddy pool and larger pool ranging from about 1.3 to deeper (I couldn’t touch bottom at one end I am 1.6). Big enough to do laps if you were inclined. Location was next to dolphin statue, and all the beachfront bars eateries and shops. The waterways and ponds around property could use good clean out but despite this did not see any mosquitoes while there (fish in ponds). All in all a lovely stay at Niwana.

Love this place! Located right near the beach, a stone throw from the iconic Lovina dolphin statue... friendly staff, helpful owner...huge green garden, and a great swimming pool...the rooms are starting to get a bit dated but it's surely clean with fresh and nice smelling linnens...the bathroom could do with a makeover though...breakfast is included too in the room rate...all in all a great place to stay!

The area is neglected. There is a lot of water and mosquitoes breed well there. Wi-Fi doesn't work at all.We had to ask for hangers. Dryer too. There were no toothbrushes.But perhaps the most unpleasant thing is the water in the pool. It was cloudy and after it I had to wash my skin with soap. And there were indelible white stains on my swimsuit. I don't recommend swimming in the pool.There is silt and algae on the walls of the pool. There was a strong musty smell in places around the pool.In general, it’s a pity that such a cool place and a large area are so unkempt.The room is fine. There is no moldy smell and the walls are whitewashed. Well, economy var Ant. But the furniture is beautiful. I admired the nightstand)In terms of price-quality ratio, I would say that it should cost less precisely because it is unkempt and it shows.The bungalows outside have no chairs. They dragged me out of the room. And they are heavy. And there is not enough space under the roof. I had to stay at home when it rained.The advantage of the hotel is, of course, its proximity to the ocean. It takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. The beach is good, although the ocean here is a little shallow. But it's nice to swim.Lots of restaurants around.

The very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty rooms, do not match the photos at all, there is no hot water, you get a fan that barely works. Furthermore, the mattress and pillow are covered in mold, the bathroom is also completely moldy.In addition, you will be scammed when booking activities through this accommodation. The male staff has an aggressive attitude when you ask for help. Please DO NOT go here!

The room is dirty, has COLD water and the owner is unhelpful and aggressive. I never write reviews, but this has literally been the worst experience EVER. DON’T GO HERE, NEVER!!
