We had the two-bedroom pool villa, which was really nice, located near the restaurant and great views.Water in private pool is too cold however to really use, but luckily the hotel itself has a heated pool, so the kids went there.Limited choices in meals and (as expected) expensive, quality ok (not great). Town is just too far away to walk into, so you are bound to the hotel.Breakfast you have to order the night before, which we didn’t like.We really missed outside seating near the pool/restaurant to have some drinks, as you now needed to sit inside, which (due to the colder climate over there) was a closed environment.Think it’s (one of) the best options in the region, not up to 4/5-star standards, but certainly good enough.

Phenomenal view to wake up too (If you have the right villa).Food isn’t the best while being expensive, rooms without AC (doesn’t get hot often), and poor lighting (bit dark), location obviously very remote, will need a driver daily to explore unless you’re an expert with a scooter, as the area is quite risky to drive in, especially when wet. Villas are close to the road, so can get quite noisy with vehicles struggling to drive up the steep hills.Location is close to many fantastic waterfalls, well worth getting a driver, tour or even do a rappelling activity.

Very cozy and cool place. You can sit by the fire, you can swim in the warm pool, or you can just look at the starry sky.I really liked this hotel, I have stayed there 3 times in the last month.one question to the manager, can the water in the pool be raised a couple of degrees? thank you in advance

Stayed here for 2 nights in the studio room upstairs. The place is very peaceful and they maintained the villa very well. What I love the most is the bed, it’s very comfortable, and also the heated pool. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. There are many waterfalls to explore around the area. It was a nice and quiet getaway!

A tourist trap that must be avoidedPrices are at least 4 to 5 times more expensive than anywhere else.Dark and damp room.Staff who don't even give any information and tell you to look on Google. Um, if we bother you, please tell us?And the restaurant is a disaster, shameful value for money, they really need to stop making fun of people. Not good and very very very expensive.Once and never again, I prefer to eat instant noodles tomorrow.
