The receptionist who was in charge spoke so fast that I couldn't understand. I'm hard of hearing, so it helped that the host could hear me, but I wish he would have explained the inside of the museum a little more slowly.Welcome drinks are provided, and you can enjoy coffee, alcohol, and latte. They also had snacks, so they were delicious. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean.Unfortunately, the temperature of the cooler cannot be adjusted. Amenities were placed near the front desk and you had to bring your own. It makes a good impression with its nature-friendly materials. Yukata is very easy to wear as the obi is easy to tie. Personally, I wanted this yukata, but unfortunately it's no longer on sale (lol)The public bath was clean, but there was a bit of sludge smell in the gutters. The hot springs are not as good as Ryujin Onsen, but you can hear the sound of the ocean and enjoy the view. The food was very delicious. There is also a wide variety of items.I thought it was a great deal for this price and the content. There are 3 elevators, so you can move between floors smoothly. This hotel is located on high ground and near the fire station, so I think it is very safe. I think it's a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

This hotel is not worth going to.The food wasn't elaborate, just like the buffet you'd find at Aeon.Although it has been renovated, the rooms are smelly and old.The open-air bath has a beautiful view of the ocean that is almost completely hidden by the trees. And quite lukewarm. The ultimate is high.

I am an AccorHotels member and made a reservation through the Accor website. All-inclusive plans were not displayed in the so-called standard reservation field. (When I checked later, there was an all-inclusive plan under the "special plan" tag.)If you order dinner on the same day locally, it will cost 8000 yen. As someone like me who doesn't drink, I think the site needs improvements, such as the dinner buffet that costs 8,000 yen even for hotel guests, and the fact that if you are an Accor Plus member, you can get a discount if you make a reservation at the time of your stay. Also, since the Mercure hotels in Sapporo and Kyoto are not all-inclusive, I think the lack of a unified hotel brand is causing confusion for customers.Although the hotel building has been renovated, it is undeniably old in terms of air conditioners, electrical outlets, soundproofing, etc.All the staff were dedicated and warm-hearted. Accor Hotels takes good care of its members, so I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.
