I thought my stay would be fantastic with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Oki OliveI found there is lots of cons for pros.ProsYou can have great experience in staying at traditional japanese farmer’s house.ConsOne group guest doesn’t have any benefit from staying there. All EVOO is sold out. I thought guest would buy one of them while staying. There is no guest program like olive oil tasting.Dinner/breakfast were extremely bad for the price. Think about best evoo in class with poor, stale food in terms of texture, combination, preparation, etc,. Sashimi was so dry, not fresh, tempura was so oily. I don’t want to point out all the detail. This is almost like 1 star AirBnB program in rural area. Once you stay, you need a lot of amenity from towel to water, etc,. It was so disappointing! This is far from Local Japanese deliciousness, I have lots of experience in eating from japanese street food through Michelin star restaurant to local hole-in-the-wall. I am 100% sure that the quality of food they are offering is quite far from what most people expect. Please have more experiences in eating/dining.Mother cooking doesn't mean massively oily tempura, bad smell of raw fish. i like ayu, taco, ika but this time is quite below where they need to be.

He and the dog took care of us!The well-maintained rooms were comfortable and we were able to spend a relaxing time.We had a place to stay at the foot of an olive garden, which had a great location, so we were able to walk to the olive garden, and we took a walk in the olive garden with our dog.My dog is a naughty boy, but at this place he was able to run around full of energy in the olive garden, so he seemed to be having fun, and he seemed tired from playing, so he slept soundly at night. I did.And thatThere is also a campsite (there was also a glamping tent) inside the Olive Garden, and the campers seemed to be having fun, and there were scenes of them greeting each other. The Olive Garden was not only beautiful, but also had a homely feeling. It was.The owner was kind and fun to talk to, and the owner's dishes were very delicious, using olive oil from the Olive Garden and creative dishes using seasonal ingredients. The recommended hot springs nearby were also great!I would like to stay again.

Travel to Kagawa for 3 days and 2 nightsFor the first night, I went to Otei, which was recommended by a friend. The inn, which is a fusion of modern and Japanese style, is clean, spacious and truly extraordinary. In particular, spending time lounging on the verandah that extends through the main house and bedroom is unique. The chairs by George Nakashima, a world-famous furniture designer, are also exceptional. The kaiseki cuisine uses plenty of local ingredients from Kagawa Prefecture, and the flavors that delight both the eyes and the palate are still vivid in my memory. The ingredients change depending on the season you visit, so this is one restaurant I want to visit again when I travel to Shikoku.

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay at okitei olive guest house. The house is beautifully decorated and a real pleasure to stay at. Mr Oki is a very kind host and an amazing chef! The dinner was absolutely outstanding and a must have ! The breakfast congee was like comfort food, paired with traditional green tea or drip coffee, a perfect conclusion to our stay. Unfortunately weather was not great when we visited, otherwise it would have been nice to take a walk at the olive farm. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

It was too low.Actually, I would like to post with ★zero.I booked this place for my mother's 60th birthday trip 4 months in advance. She was very happy and said how happy she was to be able to spend the day with our pet dog, including cooking. However, one month before the reservation, I was suddenly told that they could not provide dinner because there was an event that day.Should I change the reservation date or pay 2,000 yen for dinner and attend the event? They said.I couldn't believe it.I made a reservation to celebrate my 60th birthday, thinking we could all sit down and enjoy this dinner together.I didn't realize how difficult it would be to attend an event outside with a dog.If it was a normal trip, I might have agreed to dinner at an event. However, it is impossible to celebrate your 60th birthday by just eating food from an event.I was suggested to change the date of my reservation, but when I checked the hotel's reservation calendar, it was already fully booked. It was obvious that I contacted them without checking the hotel's reservation calendar. Both my mother and my family work and cannot travel on weekdays. I made the reservation because it was a public holiday and Saturday and Sunday were connected. For this reason, I made a reservation 4 months in advance. However, being asked to change the date is like being told not to stay the night. If they couldn't provide dinner, I wouldn't have booked it since it was my 60th birthday trip.If I had been contacted 4 months in advance, I would have had time to choose many other accommodations.I was told that my schedule could not be confirmed. Is there such a thing?Even if you tell us a month before your travel date, even if you are looking for a new place to stay, all the places are already full. Moreover, it is difficult to find lodging for dogs everywhere, which is expensive. It was very painful to feel disappointed and angry at the hostel where we were only able to see things according to our convenience.I expressed my feelings over the phone, and at the last minute, he asked me if I could stay the night so he could serve me dinner. There's no way I'll stay there. Moreover, the first time my husband received a call, there was no such proposal at that time. The second time I contacted him directly, and at the end of our conversation, he proposed something to me, so I couldn't accept it comfortably. If I hadn't conveyed my anger, this proposal would never have been made in the first place.I didn't want to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday at such an uncomfortable hotel.I will definitely never stay here again. It's really terrible. From now on, you should check when you make a reservation. Rather, you should mark on your calendar the days when dinner cannot be served. This is the first step in customer service.I pray that no one else will be sad like we are in the future.
