Good location near the park and bus stops. The didn't like that I was wearing a polo shirt and golf shorts and told me as much. Also the restaurant was expensive considering the room cost.

I decided on it because of the low price. The rooms are spacious and the parking lot is reasonable at 500 yen per night. However, the facilities in the room are very stripped down, with no bottled water or bottle openers, and even loungewear must be borrowed. If you are concerned about this, it is better to exclude it from the list. is.Also, the bed was as hard as if you were sleeping on the floor, and the hot water in the bathroom was of the type where you had to adjust the water yourself, so unfortunately it wasn't very good.I think it's enough for people who would like everything if the price was low, but it's a bit disappointing.Check-out in the morning ended with the key left at the front desk without a single greeting.Even though it was morning, it was just before the check-out time of 10 o'clock, but I was disappointed in the cold reception.I won't be visiting again.

This is a business hotel located near Ritsurin Park that can be used at a low price. Kawaramachi was also within walking distance. Parking was good and cheap too.

This is a hotel I would never stay at unless it was close to Ritsurin Garden.First of all, the wall with the neighbor is extremely thin.I could hear the conversation next door normally, and when I wondered what I could hear at night, I could hear the person next door snoring all the time. The bed was also surprisingly cheap with springs, so the moment I sat down, I thought the mattress and futon weren't pulling properly. This price is crazy for this quality.

I stayed here for one night on a trip. The exterior looks a little old, but the interior was clean, including the rooms, probably having been renovated.Just 1 point. The flow rate of the shower was weak... Although it didn't prevent me from washing my body, it was very weak and just barely enough, so I would like to see this improved.Seeing that there are no other reviews like this, I guess I just happened to get the wrong room...This time I stayed in a twin room, but there was no desk in the room, so if you are staying overnight, I think it would be a good idea to consider that.
