Awful experience. It was noisy, the electronic check-in system is a mess and the rooms are small and dirty. Not recommanded

Nothing interesting than a rather subpar excuse for 'nightlife' would have been fine as we were passing through and just wanted a place to sleep. But did we get sleep? No.The so-called bed was so bad I ended up sleeping on the floor because that was more comfortable.Frankly, if you're driving through and this is the only place with available 'beds', I would highly recommnd sleeping in your car and saving that 10000 or so yen to treat yourself to a nice next day.Everything else was 'fine', but that.No thank you.Literally had to sleep on the floor.Disgusting state of affaira.

Even though the pictures looked very appealing, the stay wasn't comfortable. For accessing the site, your room, the toilet, the shower, there's an extra key, a form to fill in, a procedure to take. Not pleasant at all. Totally automised and inpersonal. The AC stopped working, it was very hot.Cleanliness: top! Just too many hurdles. Oh and very noisy street from ealy morning on! Couldn't sleep any longer with earplugs plugged in.And besides the yukata, it's not a ryokan in my eyes! It's western-style rooms.

This is the worst inn in Japan. First of all, check-in is complicated because it is unmanned. The front door locks automatically, so you have to enter the information every time you go to the smoking area outside. There is a laundry, but there is no detergent, money exchange, or even vending machines in the inn. The shower room is extremely small. I was told that I could use the shared bathroom, but when I went there, there was a sign prohibiting use. There is trash and dust under the bed. It's so noisy that other guests walking on the stairs or in the hallway wakes me up. Of course, the voices in the next room were also noisy. If you want to experience more inconvenience than camping, go for it.

I think you should review the system. If you are using the service for the first time, you may feel quite anxious.First of all, if it's your first time, it's best to check in early.

The room is clean, but to enter you need to check your email and use the entrance key (numeric pass). As an analog person, I think it would be a problem since there is no lobby 😭After entering the facility, you will be asked to check in for your driver's license and accompanying person, which can be a hassle if you are not used to it.If you don't know how to use it, there will be no manned support available, so if you can't do it, I think it's better not to purge it.I thought it was a good facility because it was inexpensive and people who could confirm and respond by email could use it.

The place, an old ryokan, is not a hotel, not a ryokan either, it is more like a hostel where you can just come in and go. There is absolutely no personal, you self check in and we haven’t met anyone who is working there. You do everything yourself, twice my bedroom was open by other guests as they did not manage to find their own. Basically the clients manage the hotel. It is located next to the main road, which makes it extremely noisy, as there is no window but only thin paper window. It is like the cars drive like 4 meters away from your bed. And this is not to mention the total lack of isolation inside: you hear your neighbors speak as they were in your room, having sex, coming drunk at midnight, every steps they make from your neighbors above. It is so far my worst experience in Japan. This place is definitely not meant to be a shared place without personal. I am very very disappointed and I am writing this long comment so people know where they are booking, not mistaken by the pictures.
