The hotel feels a little old, but the plumbing is clean and the air conditioner doesn't smell musty, so I'm satisfied. And the guy in the parking lot was kind and nice.

This will be my 4th stay here in 4 years. The water area was aging and the ventilation fan in the unit bath was so loud that it felt noisy to sleep.Having an open-air bath on the roof is nice and spacious, but it might be too cold in winter.

Stayed here during a trip to Takamatsu City. It's about a 5-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station, but since it's on the opposite side of the downtown area, it's a residential area with few restaurants. However, there is a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby, so there is no problem. The location is a little inconvenient, but you can stay there for a reasonable price. The room is not large, but it is by no means small. I had no problem unfolding the small carrying case. In addition to the room unit pass, there is also a large public bath, so in a sense it is a good idea.Although the facilities are not the latest, we had no problems and had a comfortable stay. There are many new hotels in downtown areas, but they are difficult to use because of the high accommodation costs. Also, if a hotel is located inside an arcade, it can be difficult to access by car. In that sense, I think it's worth using.

It's a hotel from the past, with people from all over Japan.I stayed at a hotel, but the washroom was small.Even BS that only shows terrestrial TV! YouTube these daysYou can watch it at the hotel! I came here for work so I can't help it, but this was the most disappointing hotel I've ever been to!I guess there's nothing I can do about it since I have no choice but to replace it. I will never stay overnight on a trip!

I stayed here for the championship tournament.A friend of mine came by car, so the staff member who saw the license plate and guided us to the parking lot had a sparkle in his eyes and thanked us for coming all the way to our hotel.First of all, I'm impressed. It's a little far from Kawaramachi Station, so it might be difficult to walk to the restaurant. There was a 7-Eleven about 200m to the left of the main entrance, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding food. The room had enough space to spread out our suitcases on the floor. The steps to enter the toilet and unit bath were a bit of a problem for people with walking disabilities.

The advantage is that the price is relatively low and there is a large communal bath and open-air bath on the 10th floor. The location is within a 10 minute walk from the downtown areas of Tokiwa Shinmachi and Furubaba, so you won't have to worry about finding a meal.
