Very convenient, just a few minutes walk from Konpira-san and Kotohira Station.I couldn't stay at the hotels around me because they were too expensive, so I chose this one which was reasonably priced. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. I could hear the noise from the neighbors, but I was able to sleep normally.I'm disappointed in the breakfast, but considering the price, this is the place. The room is spacious enough.

A casual hotel located across the river from the hot spring town of Konpira Onsenkyo, where many hot spring inns are lined up. My husband and I made a reservation on a certain travel site under the ``Free Breakfast & Late Night Snack Plan.'' Late night snack? What is that? The answer is your favorite cup noodles lol.Aside from that, the hot spring town is right in front of you. This is a business hotel, but the nice thing about it is that there is a large public bath with a natural hot spring [Kotohira/Chikoin Onsen no Yu] on the first floor. There are about 3 washrooms. Although the bathtub is not large, it is enough to stretch out your arms and legs and relax. The room we were given was a twin room on the 6th floor, the top floor. It's a decent size for a business. The view from the window is amazing! At night, the lanterns lined up along the river in front of you are fantastic and very beautiful ♡Breakfast is served at the restaurant ``Zouzan'' on the second floor. I was surprised that there were so few types. Bread, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, potato salad, various drinks... It would have been nice if there was at least some kind of soup on the menu.Oh, the parking lot was free and I was able to park right next to the hotel, which was convenient and appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I stayed here to visit Konpira-san. It is convenient for visiting Konpira-san because it is a short walk to the entrance to the shrine.I went there by bike and was able to park it for free next to the entrance. To be honest, the building is old and the rooms are a little dated. There was no outlet near the bed, so charging was inconvenient. The walls of the room were thin, so when I slept at night I could hear people talking and other noises coming from the room next door, so it was a little noisy. It also has a hot spring. There was a washing machine in the changing room, and it seemed like you could use detergent for free, so I used it.

Is dinner a bento? I didn't ask for a lunch box, though. And crunchy rice. It's definitely better to buy it at a nearby convenience store.I can't see the TV eitherLooking at other reviews, it doesn't seem to have improved at all.

It was used for Konpira Kabuki. It was good that it was close to the station and Konpira-san. Because I made a reservation through Jalan, the bathing tax was paid on-site.

The best place to go to Konpira-san. I was surprised that the breakfast was a light buffet.

We are an HSP parent and child (father in his 30s and toddler).I would be happy if my thoughts could reach those who have similar sensibilities or are in the same situation.Well, here's the review. The interior design, the atmosphere of the large public bath, and the accessibility are good as seen on the internet. If you have any concerns, please call us in advance during the day, and we will be happy to answer your questions over the phone. So choosing it was a big mistake. This time I used JR. Even though I had to carry an infant with me from both JR Kotohira Station and Kotoden Kotohira Station, carrying a large backpack and having to deal with him begging for cuddles, I thought, ``It's closer and easier to get to than I expected.''When we arrived, the exterior of the building was fine, but there were several soaplands just south of the hotel, and there were many vacant tenants along the way, so the atmosphere was not so good. The check-in process was okay, but the strange smell typical of old hotels and the smell of cigarettes leaking from the smoking room left a bad impression. There are a lot of problems in the room, so I'll list them.Hair left uncleanedConstant water leakage from faucetyellowing of shower hoseThere is nothing like recessI can hear the coughing sound next doorI can hear the sound of running water from aboveI can hear people talking in the hallwayDark lighting (no ceiling light)However, when I turned on the light, the wattage was too high and it was bright even though it was not bright. There is no bedside outlet, so I can't sleep while charging. There are two affiliated hot spring facilities, but one is closed due to construction (which can't be helped), and the other is about an 8-minute walk away. There is no shuttle, and of course there is no bus.The water will be cold by the time I get home.If it's summer, you'll probably be sweaty.I didn't feel like going even if it was discounted to 300 yen.I had no choice but to go to the hotel's "large" public bath. There are 3 washing areas, the changing room is small, and the hair dryer is weak.Security is tight. The final blow is handled by the front desk.I had heard in advance that chargers would be available for rent, so I called the extension number."I'm the only one there, so please come to the front desk and pick it up."This is the first time I've ever been asked to just call the front desk extension and come pick it up.The charger I borrowed was sticky. You probably won't be able to rely on them even if there is an emergency such as your child becoming unwell.I will never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.Google Maps lists it as a 3 star hotel. What's a 3 star hotel? It's completely impossible. There are 2 7-Elevens including one in front of the station, and there is a competition for rice balls etc. There are no cheap shops such as drug stores or supermarkets.Even if you go with high expectations or compromise, you will suffer. If you want to have a wonderful trip, it's best not to visit (´- `*)
