The hotel has a spacious environment, good sound insulation, and good service. In addition, the breakfast service time is enough to allow you to have a meal before heading to Ogizawa.The location is very good, close to the station and bus station😀, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Most of all, I felt like I was able to enjoy the compact and comfortable space that was newly renovated ^_^ The picturesque station building right in front of it was perfect for my traveling spirit! I also enjoyed the hot springs in a relaxed manner. This is a place I would like to visit again if I have the chance!

The inside of the building is clean, including the shared toilets. There were nice points like nearby tourist information and free coffee, but the most important thing was the consideration for children. I was very happy to receive the special amenities.

It's a stable route in, so it's comfortable.It is built in front of the stationI came here on a trip, but since it was new, the rooms were exactly the same as the ones I usually stay in, so I was half asleep and thought I was on a business trip.There is a bus stop right in front of the station, making it very convenient and recommended for accessing the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.There is also a shopping center within sight of the hotel, which I think is convenient unless it's late.The convenience store is a little far away, so you have to walk for about 10 minutes.It was crowded with foreign tourists.I left something in my room when I checked out, but they took the trouble to call me and had my luggage shipped to my house. thank you very much.

The rooms are clean and have sofas.However, Mr. Lime's customer service at the front desk was the worst.To tell you the storyAfter returning my room key to the front desk and finishing my meal at the breakfast venue, I suddenly felt a pain in my stomach and wanted to go back to my room, so I asked for the room key, but he gave it to me with a disgusted look on his face!Then, when I returned the room key and left the hotel, there was no word of thanks at all!I will never stay at this hotel again!

I've used several Route Inns, and so far they all have large public baths (with shampoo, etc.), and the breakfast buffet has more variety than I expected. The room is spacious for a business hotel, with a table and sofa so you don't feel cramped. One thing, to be selfish, is that the laundromat doesn't dry well and takes a long time.

Super functional hotel if you are doing the Alpine route. The bus to Ogizawa leaves from right across the street. The hotel is a great deal and looks pretty new. Would highly recommend if you are needing a place to crash before going on the Alpine route.

My husband and I used this place on the weekend after visiting Zenkoji Temple.It was close to the station, the room was clean, and it had a desk and sofa, so I was able to bring my own dinner and relax.The bathroom has a large changing room and plenty of washing areas, so you won't feel stressed even if it's crowded. The water wasn't too hot so I was able to relax, and I was able to see how busy the baths and dining room were on the TV in the room, which was helpful.The breakfast venue was spacious enough that we could spend a relaxing time, and the food was delicious. The jelly in particular was so delicious that my wife also wanted to know how to make it. However, because the toaster was a new model, I saw people here and there who didn't know how to use it (I couldn't tell if it was toasting or not), and my wife tried it, but in the end, it didn't come out toasted. The new building is located very close to JR Shinano-Omachi Station, and there is a large free parking lot. The parking lot is at the back of the hotel, but there is a back entrance and the front desk is right after you enter. If you make a reservation from the official website and use drink gifts and member coupons, you can stay cheaply. It was sunny today and I was able to see a beautiful sunset from my room. I have used several route inns, but I was able to relax and relax in the same room as usual.
