The room is clean and tidy. There is air conditioning in the bathroom so it won't be too humid and stuffy. There is a washer and dryer (paid)The service is very good, luggage storage is provided~The store clerk is very friendly. It's very close to the station and very convenient.

Really like this place, very safe, close to the train station. There are bicycles for rent, very convenient. The rooms are very good.

We were looking for rental bikes near the station to ride for the afternoon and this place had newer bikes in great condition at a reasonable price, 600 yen per hour. The electric bikes were well worth it! Without stops you can ride around the lake in two hours but we took three.

Had an interesting time at this place. Was the very last stop on our 3 week trip and really just needed somewhere comfy and restful. This was our first experience in traditional style accommodation. My tired and sore body really struggled to get up and down off the floor for both seating and sleeping. Shared facilities were OK. I definitely compare this place to a dated hostel. Location is amazing and you are right in the middle of the town center, and an 8 min walk to the lake. This place is great for those who are ready for a shared facilities experience and are comfortable with stairs (particularly for men as bathrooms are downstairs) and are comfortable getting up and down off the floor. They also do not make the bed for you and you need to do this yourself. Staff were very helpful regarding bike rental, we took 2 electric bikes for the whole day and as it was such a busy week, they allowed us to organize ours the night before as they were all sold out on our first day.

Good location. Cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The insulation between rooms not too good. Otherwise not a bad choice for the good location near the station and with choices of restaurants.

president? You are so kind!Instead, I think this guesthouse is too expensive for this price. I couldn't sleep until late because I could hear everyone talking between rooms. (17,000 yen for 2 people)The owner is so kind that I think I will have to come again just because of him.

Really near the station. Rooms are ok. Not used to sleeping on futons as the backing is very hard. It's not heated so it's really cold along the corridors when you want to use the shared bathrooms and toilets. It's sensor along the corridor so it takes a while to light up. They use a pin to unlock each room. At night there is no lounge area because the first floor shuts since downstairs is also a bicycle rental area. Rooms are basement or second fl. No lifts. Really friendly and helpful staffs who gave good food recommendations

One street from the station, a beautiful place, spectacular service and great rooms except for one thing, you literally heard those in the next room as if they were in your room. Otherwise, great.
