2024/07/21 Check-in experience sharing, it’s actually getting hotter and hotter when sleeping! It was so hot that I took off my short sleeves and was still sweating. I wonder if the doors and windows were closed too tightly, resulting in no ventilation. Other facilities are good, and the square in front has a large hinterland.

Hut located a little further than halfway. Stopped by during a storm for a hot cup of coffee.I also witnessed the staff pushed another paying customer out of the shelter.

We were caught in a thunderstorm in this area so we stayed in the resting area. It was so windy and rainy that morning (2am, 30mph wind, 6 degrees at least accdg to mt. fuji weather). I was shivering really hard. A lot of people backed out but I was so tired, wet, and cold so I decided to buy some noodles. The noodles didnt help. There was a signage in front of the door saying "For stay only" but there were basically just 2 of us outside at that point and no climbers was inside the lobby so I stepped inside. As soon as I got in, the old man staff tapped me really hard saying "dame dame (?)", and shooed me away. He even stood there at the door to guard maybe in case I get inside again. I understand if the lobby was packed and the outside was full of people trying to get inside but it was just me, shivering, and cold. And I was even willing to pay just for me to have a place to warm up. I never experienced such cruelty and lack of humanity. So I hope that you, old man and the lady from the store who just watched, who were there at 2 am of Aug 27th will have a long life so you can both change your cold hearts. And also, I wish that one day, if you will be subjected to the same situation, you will receive help and kindness that you have denied me.
