It is in an excellent location, just a 1-minute walk from the south exit of Kofu Station. It's really right in front of the station. The first and second floors are restaurants and other tenants, the third floor is the reception desk, and the fourth floor and above are guest rooms.Well, as everyone has written, the buildings and equipment are showing their age. However, it was cleaned properly and I had no complaints at all. It's true that the shower doesn't have a mixed faucet with a thermostat, and it doesn't have a heated toilet seat, so people who are used to clean hotels these days may find the equipment a bit outdated. As for amenities, you will be given a basket at the front desk at check-in that contains a toothbrush, razor, pocket tissues, and a water bottle. The minimum necessary facilities and amenities are provided, so if you are used to traveling, I think you will have no problems.I wonder if it is run by an elderly couple? The mother at the front desk was kind and gave me a very pleasant response. The father seems to be at the front desk even late at night, and also accommodates those who leave early in the morning for mountain climbing. When I checked out, my mom handed me two candies. This kind of small consideration makes me feel warm. It's probably because they only accept reserved guests and don't accept late-night walk-ins, so the inside of the hotel was very quiet and comfortable.Accommodations near stations like this tend to be chaotic late at night due to drunk people who missed the last train, but it was nice to not have to worry about the noise from the neighbors or the hallways. Also, there are no inbound foreigners (especially from C countries), so you can stay with peace of mind. The location is right in front of the station, so there are plenty of restaurants around, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink. It is definitely the best choice as a stopover point for your trip. The accommodation fee is also very reasonable, and it's surprisingly low considering it's in a prime location right in front of the station!I always come back when I stay in Kofu.

The rooms and facilities themselves are in poor condition. That said, I've done my best to make it as beautiful as possible. The door to the room is locked and chained, giving it the security level of an apartment. Every time you go out, you leave your key at the front desk, and the elevator always stops on the third floor, where the front desk is. Therefore, it has some deterrent power against intrusion from the outside, even though it is analog. It depends on your definition of "service", but the behavior of the front desk staff is kind and courteous. Perhaps because it was extremely hot, they gave us salt tablets when we checked out. There seems to be some flexibility regarding check-in times.Indoor facilities include a bath, toilet, refrigerator, kettle, TV, and air conditioner.Amenities include bath towels, foot wiping mats, and hand towels (body wash available). When you check in, you will receive a toothbrush, shaver, towel, and paper cup from the front desk.Needless to say, the location is excellent.

It's reasonably priced considering it's very close to the station. The room felt like an old-fashioned business hotel...I didn't have to worry about the facilities since I ate and took a bath at a nearby facility, but the lack of Wi-Fi was a bit inconvenient.

We stayed on a Saturday in May 2024. It was close to Kofu Station and cost 6,600 yen per night. The front desk staff was courteous. The building is old and was noisy at times, but the room was clean and we had no problems. It was nice to be able to stay near the station for a cheap price.

I think it is good for those who value cost performance.・Easy access as it is right in front of the station・Amenities include toothbrush and razor only・Unit bath, but small・Whether hot water comes out easily may depend on the room.・If you have foreign nationality, your ID will be checked and your number will be taken (I can understand this in this day and age)・There's a karaoke bar next door and it's noisy all night long, so I can hear what they're singing.・It might be good for security because you leave your key with you when you go out.・Front is friendly・Bed is comfortable・It's right in front of the station, so it's easy to go to pubs and convenience stores. If there is a vacant room during the holidays and you don't have a place to stay,Well, the stay time was about 10 hours,Well, it's okayIt's like that 😊When you don't have to take a hot spring bath,I might come again!

It was good because it was only for one night, but it was ¥5,500, which was worse than "this kind of thing", but the nearby Prince Hotel was still cheaper and better. The shower was hot and cold, and the building was old, but it was well-maintained, and the lady at the front desk was noisy about keeping the key every time I went out.Well, the good thing about it is that there are a lot of restaurants right in front of the station. There is also no Wi-Fi, but the free Wi-Fi from Yodobashi Camera in the town and next door is barely reachable.

The room is like this...no WiFi. Bathroom is small. No matter what I do, the water is only lukewarm and I get cold after taking a shower. The only toiletries I can use are toothbrushes. You can get water for free. The refrigerator is also small, so I can only place it horizontally. No need to adjust the brightness of the room, whether it's bright or dark. There is no parking lot, only nearby coin parking. The only saving grace is the location and the friendly reception lady.

Although the building is old, the location and price are highly satisfactory, and the receptionist's service is friendly and soothing in a homely manner. …
