Close to the city center, it's perfect for an overnight weekend trip. After getting off the highway, you will see an inn with a wonderful gate at the end of the mountain road.As soon as you arrive at the parking lot, someone from the inn will come to pick you up, and you can relax for a while with matcha and sweets at check-in.This time I reserved a separate room and used it.It's a bit of a walk to get to your room, but even though it's a large site, it's well maintained and feels comfortable.Of course, to ensure a comfortable stay in your room, yukata, samue, and bath towels are provided so that each person can use two towels. The water area and the open-air bath in the room were clean and comfortable to use.The hot spring is said to be one of Japan's leading alkaline springs (simple sulfur cold mineral spring) with a pH of 10.3.It is said that it is effective against neuralgia, frozen shoulders, digestive disorders, etc., and is also effective for beauty as it makes the skin smooth and fair.Meals include a parade of seasonal river fish such as trout, char, carp, and sweetfish! There were also plenty of other dishes such as steamed pork with lemon and roasted beef with pork leaves.Unfortunately, I can't eat anything other than grilled sweetfish, so I felt sorry for leaving it untouched. They said they would have served me something different if I had told them, but since they didn't have a menu, I couldn't bear to ask them to re-cook what they had given me.The only thing I enjoyed was the rice cooked with corn, which was glossy and chewy like glutinous rice. The red soup stock was also delicious. What was disappointing was that just as I was debating whether or not to eat some more, he told me that he had finished eating and cleaned up the place...There were some other disappointing aspects regarding the food service, but there was no malicious intent and I could feel the spirit of making guests feel at home at the inn, so I am generally satisfied.

It was a really nice inn. It's close to Otsuki IC, so I used the navigation system to ask, ``Is this a place like this? All the staff welcomed us warmly,All the meals were really delicious and I was happy with lots of mountain food. (I received so much that my stomach burst)The hot spring in the room was simple and warm with a slight sulfur smell. The cypress bathtub was a bit slimy, but everything else was so nice that I ended up enjoying it ☺️But if you jump in, you might slip and be dangerous! Everyone please enter carefully...lolOverall it's great. It's so good that I don't want to tell anyone about it...but I want everyone to go and continue doing it...Anyway, I'll go again! !

I visited you after playing golf in Yamanashi in late March. Some reviews pointed out that the access road was poor, so when I received a call from the hotel a week ago to confirm my reservation, I asked them to send me a map. Enter National Route 20, cross the Chuo Expressway, immediately turn left, drive along the expressway for a while, and you'll see a signboard for Maki Onsen, so you can get there by following it up the mountain path, but even this is quite a long road. is narrow. If you don't take this route and instead take the roads in town, the bridge that crosses the river at the end is very narrow, and only a golf course cart or a light car can pass through it.The inn is spread out horizontally and is divided into several buildings, and each building is connected by a walkway and stairs, so it's hard to believe that such an inn could be built in a place with such poor road conditions. I think it might be a little difficult for some people. The separate room is completely open to the outside, so you'll need an umbrella in case it rains. For an inn, the food is very delicious, the hot water is good in the open-air bath attached to the room, the large communal bath, and the private bath, and most of all, I like that it is quiet because it is a private inn, so I am very satisfied. The furniture in the room has a modern-day rotary telephone, a dressing table for sitting upright, a kotatsu, and a massage machine, giving it a relaxing, Showa-era inn feel.My only complaint was that it was cold inside and in the room. According to the description, it seems that the building was built in the Heisei era, but the air conditioner in the room is completely inadequate, and the floor heating installed in the room is broken and cannot be used. The interior of the building is not air-conditioned, except for the rooms, and the hallways are not air-conditioned, with only stoves placed here and there. Thanks to this, I was able to take a bath in the hot springs many times and thoroughly enjoyed it, but I thought it would be better to visit here in the middle of the summer and avoid the middle of winter.

It's very comfortable to stay here. A kind old man greeted us at the station, and there was a beautiful garden at the entrance, which gave us a sense of Japan's unique sense of beauty and aesthetics. The hot spring water is very pleasant, the room is large, and there is also a bath with hot spring water, which is very relaxing after bathing. What surprised me the most was the dinner and breakfast, each dish showing the passion and painstaking preparation of the host. The woman who supported us was also very kind and gave us the feeling that she was taking us seriously. She used to work in China and is really great. The water provided at the hotel is a local specialty and is very tasty. I bought a few. We wish for friendship between Japan and China and hope for the prosperity of Maki Onsen! 😋😋😋

I went there three times a few years ago.The road to Maki Onsen is narrow, so you have to drive carefully. It was a room with an open-air bath, but it was normal. The food was not an appealing meal.Hot springs, the quality of the hot springs is better than I remember...I feel the place and the extraordinary.I loved it so much I went there three times. But I'm tired...There will be no revisit.
