From the top of the mountain, you can see the night view of Kofu City and Mount Fuji. The scenery is very good. The natural environment is very good, and the whole body and mind are relaxed. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

It's nice to be able to stay with your pet, but that's about it. I was able to take a bath in the large public bath, but the amount of hot water was low and the jacuzzi was broken. I received a phone call early in the morning and it hung up when I answered, but twice. . Itaden? wAn old man who is vacuuming away dead leaves that have fallen from a large tree does not dodge when a car tries to pass by. So I can't go there all the time. The vacuum cleaner is so loud that I can't avoid it even if I honk the horn. Traffic obstruction? wThe refrigerator is broken and won't cool down. There are spider webs in the room. There is no management in many ways and no customer service skills.I laughed when I saw that many of the reviews for Rakuten Travel, which we used, had the lowest 1 star.I definitely don't like it even if it's cheap in a go-to place like this. . I don't like it even if it's free, it's a waste of time

Everything on the website is a lie. This is the first time I've been to such a terrible place. The grounds are in disrepair, there are no tennis courts, dog runs, public baths, indoor pools, etc. The management seems to be Chinese, but I have a terrible feeling. It's like throwing away your money when you come here.

The place was deep in the mountains and we arrived at night, so we didn't know where the entrance was and it was pitch black. The inside of the hotel room smelled of mold. There was only a little hot water in the bath, so I was able to take a shower, but halfway through it turned into water. Sorry, the room is large, but it seems like there are hardly any guests, so it's a bit eerie. Jalan stated that there was Wi-Fi in the room, but there wasn't.I made a reservation for 2 nights, but the limit is 1 day, so when I contacted the front desk to cancel, I was told that they couldn't do it here, and since the reservation was made through Jalan, my Chinese husband (the manager?) told me to ask Jalan. ), so I will negotiate cancellation with Jalan, but 14,500 yen per night is too expensive. This is the first time I have stayed at such a disappointing hotel in Japan.

Good view of the starry sky and Mt. Fuji. I think it's rich in nature. However, it is disappointing that the guidance was insufficient and unfriendly in terms of service. The toilets are not kept well-maintained, and there are temporary toilets, making it difficult to maintain hygiene. . .

After reading the reviews around the area, my whole family was feeling anxious about staying here. However, the staff's attitude and service were not bad as described in the reviews, and in fact, they provided a level of service that you would not receive at a normal place. To be honest, I could not say that the room was very clean, and I thought that there were many areas that were not well maintained, but I could feel the strong desire to please the customers, and I did not feel uncomfortable. You may be deterred by the reviews and find it easy to find bad things about the place, but as you listen to the stories of the staff and receive various services, you end up thinking, ``That was a good place.'' It was a place where I could talk with my family. I realized that word of mouth is not everything.Surrounded by nature, it was quiet, peaceful and comfortable.thank you very much.
