Unfortunately, there were no towels, toothbrushes, or other amenities in the room.It will be a problem if you don't tell me in advance. Is there a convenience store or local area within 5 minutes walk? There is a supermarket, so you can get everything you need!

What was good about it・There were no people using the bathhouse, so the children could enter without hesitation. When I asked the children what the best place on this trip was, they said, ``Being able to swim in the open-air rock bath,'' and the open-air bath. I'm glad I stayed.・In the Showa era tatami room, I was able to experience the atmosphere of a training camp with my children at night.・Alcohol disinfectant and hand towels are available in the shared restroom.・There is a Lawson just a short walk away.・7 minutes walk to the lake.・They provided futons and blankets. This is a beautiful futon. We prepared enough for the number of people including children in the lower grades of elementary school, and we were able to sleep comfortably.-The parking lot is large and easy to park. Free. No problem even if you don't like parking. What was bad・There are no curtains, so you wake up with the morning sun.・The floor of the room shakes when someone walks in the hallway. The floor shakes when the children jump.・Two family members were suffering from some sort of allergy symptoms, with runny noses and sneezing. (Since it has been cleaned properly, I don't think it's because it's dirty, but because the futon, blankets, heating equipment, or oldness is the cause.)・Vending machines were not available due to the lack of users due to the coronavirus.・There was no refrigerator in the room, so I couldn't keep my drinks cold.・There is only one open-air bath for men and women. At night, it was the men's side, and in the morning, it was the women's side, and women could only bathe in the open-air bath in the morning. (I don't think there are any day-trip baths, so the baths will probably be changed to suit the needs of the guests.)・The water pressure in the shower in the bath is low, so it's not enough.・There is no conditioner in the bath.・The changing room smells musty. (The foot mats feel clean because there are few users.)General reviewThe children were very satisfied. I'm glad I stayed. However, I'm afraid I won't be able to return due to allergies and curtain issues.

Bit over priced for what it was. The onsen is amazing and the room we had was great. The place is a bit sad though and on need of a refurb generally

Amazing experience. If you are looking for a western hotel you should look elsewhere but if you are hoping to experience Japan this is a great hotel. The main room and hallways could use a bit of touch up and the toilets are shared but if you can look past that the rooms and view is amazing and the manager is very kind.
