The location of the room with a view of Mt. Fuji is quite good. (The photo is Mt. Fuji at sunrise)The inside of the hotel feels a little old, but it is clean and well-maintained.There is one large indoor bath and one small open-air bath. When I went there around 6:30pm on weekdays, I didn't see anyone until I left.I think the location of the bathroom is beautiful.Parking lot is opposite the hotel. The smoking area is near the hotel entrance. There is a small souvenir shop next to the front desk. The only meal I had was breakfast.Free refills of rice. I ate too much. It was delicious.

Check-in 9/19The receptionist's attitude was perfunctory and not at all like the service attitude of a Japanese hot spring hotel.Communicate in Japanese that the guest's 2 meals should be changed to vegetarian. The counter staff agreed after communicating with the supervisor!During dinner time, there are no adjustments to the meals at all. The vegetarian elders cannot eat sashimi, chicken, or fish; only cold salad leaves can be eaten. Respond to the service staff in a timely manner and ignore or make further adjustments. This time there are three rooms in the house for 5 adults. I felt itchy all over my body when I went to bed at night, and everyone had a rash the next morning. This hotel is really amazing~ I will share my accommodation experience for your reference!

It's about 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the station. Although the hotel decoration is not new, it is clean overall. The room is large and the view of Mount Fuji and the lake is first-class. It is very healing. I am 100 satisfied with the scenery, but the service attitude of the hotel staff is average. It seems that there is only one Hubo restaurant nearby the hotel. If you have not booked dinner at the hotel, you should pay attention to the closing time of Hubo, because the road near the entrance and exit station is very dark😁...The hotel also has no luggage storage. If you want to go sightseeing after checking out in the morning, you have to find a locker to store your luggage. The nearest locker should be the Tianshang Mountain Cable Car Station? The price is also cheap... In addition, the hotel shuttle bus is too small, even with large luggage, it can only pick up 4 to 5 tourists...

The front desk staff did not explain enough and had an extremely bad attitude! We just asked about check-in related issues, but the service staff treated us very poorly and ended up hanging up on us! Very poor, highly not recommended. They are service staff who clearly blame their mistakes but will unconditionally blame the guests. I highly recommend them not.

I stayed in a room on the 10th floor for one night on a weekday. To get to the inn from the parking lot, you need to cross a one-lane road along the lakeside. Depending on the time of day, the front desk staff will attend to you, but during peak seasons there is a lot of traffic, making it a little difficult for children and the elderly. I felt the hurdles were high.Regarding the hotel's evaluation, although the living area of the guest room was reasonably clean, there was hair falling around the sink and the indoor bath, so it was difficult to say that it was clean. The employees vary depending on the person, some are kind and some are unfriendly, and I think this is appropriate since it is not a high-grade hotel. I thought it would be normal if I met an unfriendly person. The customer base was mostly inbound Asians, so it was rare to pass by a Japanese person. As a result, many people were sloppy in how they used the facility, and the water station at the bathroom exit was littered with disposable paper cups that had not been thrown into the trash can, which was not pleasant. I went to the bathroom a few times and it was always littered with things, so I guess the employees don't check around often.Overall, my personal impression was that the quality was low considering the price, and I did not want to repeat the stay experience.
