Extremely friendly host. Pleasant interior, surprisingly spacious. Just the couch in the lower level needs to be replaced for a new one. Recommend it!

It was a good location, good value for money, and a clean accommodation. There is a TV, parking lot, and tableware and cups available.To be honest, it's a trailer house, so when someone walks on the first floor, the sleeping space on the second floor shakes a little. It's a trailer house, so I guess there's nothing we can do about it.

We'll definitely visit here again, we love the room so much. We stayed in house D, very comfortable staying 😌 check out time is quite early but that gave us an incredible view of mt fuji!!We stayed for two nights. Although this place is quite distant from the station but it's walkable for about 15 minutes only. We love to enjoy the view of mt fuji while walking 😃

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the might Mt. Fuji. The cottages look good and are in itself comfortable, spacious and with a good shower.However, the beds are of low quality and the wood under my bed was clearly broken (though not according to the staff). Also, the curtains of the room don't block a lot of light. For us this was OK with sleeping mask but could be irritating for others. Though the location itself is good, in a caravan you hear a lot of noise from the streets (and from neighbours entering their caravans).Finally, though known at the time of booking, a 09:30 checkout time is something I have never seen before (always 10:00 or later).

We stayed here for 1 night in November 02, 2024. Checked in quite late in the evening but the manager was still waiting there to assist and guide us.Very spacious room with heater and air conditioner and washing machine in the room. Location is quite close to kawaguchi station and convenience store.Just step onto the street and you can see Mount Fuji from here.In the evening after it was quite late, one room did not have hot water. Even though it was very late, about 12 o'clock, the manager called a technician to fix the problem for us.The next morning after checking out and walking to Kawaguchiko station, the manager cycled to find us just to return the iPad he had left in the room. We are extremely grateful to him.

We stayed here for 3 nights and can highly recommend this place.Good: Easy checkin. The cleanliness of the accommodation was outstanding, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. It was spacious and provided ample comfort for two people. The abundance of natural light in the space added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, having a washing machine available was convenient, although there was also a Coin Laundry facility across the street for additional laundry needs. The presence of a 7-Eleven just 200 meters away was highly convenient for quick snacks or any other necessities. The accommodation was well-furnished and had everything one might need, making it highly practical.Bad: Only minor things.The location of the accommodation was not optimal, especially if you don't have your own car. It may require more effort to get around without private transportation. Another minor inconvenience was the need to rearrange the beds/mattresses, whether it be on the loft or on the couch. The check-in was only available from 3:00 PM, leaving guests waiting even though it felt like the rooms were ready beforehand (since the checkout time was early at 9:30 AM).
