The photo in this listing shows the Mt. Fuji view and states in the listing that the home has a Mt. Fuji view. However, the host has 5 buildings and they assigned us to the end building which doesn't have any view of Mt. Fuji. We only have a view of the neighbor's wall! We reported the issue with the host and she was rude and said we paid less than others! She refuses to exchange the other available building for us. We believe this is a scam because the room differs from the Airbnb list. She replied rudely and asked us either call the policy or find placed to stay by ourself. She only has 1 listed on Airbnb, but she assigned the building which does not match the listing. This is not only a scam, but the host is racist too. She keeps indicating we paid less and assigned the incorrect building to Chinese. She can read/reply in Chinese too. But she keeps refuse to exchange and said we paid less. But we booked from Airbnb and paid the listed price from Airbnb.

I highly recommend everyone to come to Tuxiang B&B🐇✨The room is clean and comfortable. The boss is also very enthusiastic about taking care of tourists🩵The B&B provides pick-up and drop-off service from Kawaguchiko Train Station🚉 which is very considerate.You can also see all kinds of ingenuity in the B&B. There are all kinds of cute 🐰 home decorations 😍There are also beautiful Mount Fuji🗻photo check-in points, as well as many restaurants and super local supermarkets near the B&B🍱Will definitely want to visit again🥹🥹

Although the location is a bit far from the station, using Google Maps to navigate would be a bit confusing, so we got lost for a while. But confirm the time with the host in advance and they will pick you up. Thank you very much. The room is very comfortable. The whole house has two floors. The bathroom is very clean and there is no smell in the shower room. You can heat your own food in the kitchen. The host has some water and drinks prepared in advance in the refrigerator. It is a great experience. There is a convenience store about 150 meters away from the villa, and a large supermarket about 200 meters away, which is very convenient. Stayed for 2 nights. The window of one of the bedrooms faces Mount Fuji. You can enjoy Mount Fuji while lying down.

Very clean, central location in Kawaguchiko, extremely nice and helpful host. When visitin Kawaguchiko as a family, particularly with kids, I would recommend a stay here.
