Green Beach Inn

Bad air conditioning, no mineral water, malfunction closet door. You can walk to the beach and the views are nice.

First time staying overnight on the island of Nusa Penida, and this hotel was appointed by the tour. The room was quite spacious and complete with contents, there was a bed, although the mattress was a bit flat but still comfortable to sleep on, a dressing table and a tea table. In front there are chairs and tables for sitting in front with a view of the garden and pond full of lotuses. There is a small swimming pool, enough for us to soak and play in the water, we can also go down to the beach, the beach sand has lots of coral pebbles, so it's not very enjoyable to play on the beach here. Fried rice breakfast is also available...

The hotel is quite nice, many technical problems (non-functioning air conditioning, non-flowing water), you cannot swim on the beach. The pool is nice, relatively clean

It was terrible. The hotel itself is excellent, although it is unfinished (there are ongoing works that have been left incomplete for years…). The location is fantastic. But it gives the impression that, at some point, the hotel was abandoned and those who took over have no idea what they are doing. They spend the day lying on the floor at the entrance, wiping their noses and looking at their phones. There is no place to have breakfast - which is very poor and has to be chosen (from among 3 very limited options) the day before. The cleaning services are practically nonexistent - they only make the bed, and the sheets and towels are full of stains and smell bad. Very bad!!!The hotel itself is excellent, although it is about to be finished (there are works in progress that have not been completed for years...). The location is fantastic.
