Used for three-day holiday in autumn (consecutive nights). The front desk and lobby were smaller than expected. The welcome wine and sweets also seemed to be under some supervision. Since it was in an annex, I followed the Nakai. The explanation of the baths was that they were either open-air or in-room cypress baths, depending on the time of day (I later looked it up and found that there was also a large public bath for men and women). We moved several 10 meters away from the main building and went outside (I got the impression that it would be difficult in summer and winter). The spacious Japanese-style room allows the children to run around. By the way, all of the bathrooms have poor drainage, especially the open-air wash area, which overflows and is extremely filthy. The patina around the water is also noticeable and there are concerns about health hazards. The food is not very child-friendly, and with the hamburger steak, fried shrimp, and a large amount of fries, it's a shame that it's a family restaurant at this price point. I could drink all the juice in one gulp (all that was left was water). As for the parents, it's appropriate. You can eat the sweets you bought at the cafe on the rooftop. It's on the 3rd floor, so it's not a spectacular view, but it's liberating and nice. Judging overall, this should fall into the category of a luxury hotel, but the maintenance of the facilities is so lenient that it can't be denied that it feels overpriced. I don't know about other Chateraise hotels, but I think it would be better not to give them the name.

This is my third time staying here.As expected, the guest room with an open-air bath (on the 4th floor) isI was able to take a relaxing hot spring bath.We had Hanakago Gozen for dinner at the restaurant on the second floor. It was very deliciousIt's my first hotelApartment No. 309 (Asazuma) Room with indoor bath fed by natural hot spring waterIt's a little walk from the main building, but you can enjoy the quiet and calm atmosphere. There are no vending machines in the hotel, so it might be a good idea to buy water at the station or a nearby convenience store. For dinner, the horse sashimi was delicious and the main dish was beef vegetables.I made sukiyaki and it was very delicious. There is a yatudoki cafe on the second floor of the main building. It is also good to buy souvenirs and relax at a cafe.Overall I had a very pleasant time

I took care of a couple and their 2 year old child.I applied for a guest room plan through online reservations, and I got a room with an open-air bath, so my child who couldn't take diapers was able to experience a hot spring for the first time, and my mother was also able to enjoy the hot spring without hesitation, which made me very happy! It was showing its age, but it was clean and there were no problems. The staff were enthusiastic and there were some areas where they lacked attentiveness, but I am giving them 5 stars with high expectations. It was a very memorable stay. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you.The breakfast specialty, fried eggs, was delicious. Enjoy it once!

I visited Kasipo. There was no all-you-can-eat ice cream that I thought would be available, but there was a space where you could freely enjoy sweets and wine, so it was great! However, even though it's right in front of the front desk, people don't know if it's missing until I tell them, so I'm glad it's not missing. Also, the space was small and felt uncomfortable. It seems that this was also a different facility, but there was no Yatsudoki cut cake present. I had some baked goods. I don't like baked goods, so I was happy to be able to choose from several types.Breakfast was very good. The employees who serve us are kind.Due to some circumstances, I couldn't have dinner at the inn, so I regret not being able to eat it.It was also nice that there was a restaurant called Yatsudoki that I wanted to go to, so I could go there right away.It was an inn that I would love to visit again.

The inn is quieter than I expected.I knew this from the time I made the reservation over the phone, but when I arrived, I was once again grateful for the polite and kind response from the employees.Chateraise, which is directly accessible from the hotel, is also convenient. What surprised me was that they served Chateraise sweets. Soft drinks and wine are also free. The food is also very satisfying. For dinner, I chose Wagyu beef shabu-shabu and it was delicious. I am very satisfied with the overall balance and quantity. The breakfast egg rolls are exquisite. There was plenty of hot spring water in the large public bath, and the shower was hot as well. I was surprised that the shower in the bathroom of the room was also a hot spring. Even when I returned to my room, I felt so warm. This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again.

This is a Chateraise inn located in Isawa Onsen. This time, we received a day trip to the hot springs (1,000 yen), lunch, and cake.Day-trip hot springs can be taken in the afternoon,I was able to have the open-air bath all to myself. The ingredients in the hot spring were good and I was able to relax. There was a variety of lunch options such as soba and hoto. For some reason, the conger eel bowl suddenly looked delicious and I decided to try it.It was fluffy and delicious.I also received a cake on the way home.Because it was a chateraise, it had a stable taste. It's just the right distance to visit from Tokyo in half a day.I would like to visit you again for a change of scenery.Thank you for the meal.
