The WiFi was practically unusable, constantly disconnecting. The yukata and onsen access came with additional charges. Our room seemed like the worst in the building – there was a strong sewer smell coming from the toilet, and the mattress was made up of three separate pieces making it hard to sleep.One of the highlights was a great breakfast which we enjoyed.

The bed was large and comfortable.There was a lot of red mold in the bath and toilet, so I thought the hygiene was not very good.The parking lot had a very strong smell of cat excrement.When I checked in, a woman quietly opened the window for me a while after I arrived at the front desk. There was no doorbell, but it must have been a while since they noticed our presence. That's what I thought.They gave me samples of sweet potatoes from behind the folding screen, but what I could see was a pile of cardboard and other things, so I couldn't bring myself to eat them, wondering where they had come from.The price is low compared to the market price, so I recommend it if you don't have high expectations.I chose a mountain view room when making the reservation, but all I could see was the building next door and the parking lot.

Really would not recommend this hotel. My partner fell ill and the hotel was extremely unhelpful. They would not reply to my messages to inform them of this and would not offer refund or change of dates for our stay. Really disappointed with their service.

I stayed there last year and it was the worst.Originally, it was not called a hotel.Did you mainly ride bikes? That's what it feels likeNo service 🈂️. Only hot water is free.At the convenience store, I was asked to buy something, but there was no packaged tea or stick coffee.To use the bath, you must reserve a time.The stairs are big and tiringAt that time, I had just been discharged from the hospital, so the room on the third floor was too tight for me. Again, it doesn't work when I ring the chime, can you please call me? Is that so?There's a cat at the entrance that looks like it's being kept.Are you selling that?It didn't feel very nice, and the cat wasn't that cute either. The man cooking the food as I passed by didn't even say hello.I haven't eaten this eitherMt. Fuji curry is a sightseeing method that is everywhere, but I don't particularly like Mt. Fuji, so I don't think there's anything wrong with it.I thought this was the worst place I've ever stayed.I just stayed there last year.It's called Lake Yamanaka, but it's far away.I ate at a nearby Chinese restaurant.It seems like it's cheap to stay...If there is no such service,I think it's expensive.*I searched on the hotel website🔍 and thought the room looked good, but I was wrong! It wasn't! !

The location is great! I loaded up my bike and stayed there! It took about an hour to go around Lake Yamanaka! dinner! It was quite delicious ☺ Breakfast too! There is an additional charge for the public bath! Well, isn't that fine? Wash off some of your sweat in the shower in your room, then rinse off thoroughly when you get home! The scenery is outstanding! And a swan would be enough! I would like to stay again! ☺

Pretty basic service and somewhat run down. Yukata and private onsen have to be paid extra. Staff doesn‘t seem to be interested in costumer satisfaction. The room was clean with a very strong smell of Tatami. Definitely too expensive for what you get.

It's a very cozy accommodation. The service staff is very kind and considerate. The room is on the second floor and I personally help with luggage. There is a parking space next to it, which is very convenient for parking. There are also businesses around. The room is clean, the bed is good, and the water supply is normal. It's great. accommodation
