We stayed here for one night and were not disappointed at all. Be wary of bad reviews because the rooms are very nice, the breakfast is excellent and the swimming pool is also well looked after. The structure also provides many services at excellent prices (scooter rental, transfers, snorkeling activities and various tours). A family-run and very welcoming establishment

The hotel is in a nice area, not too touristy even though it is high season. Some nice bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly. There is a small fee for the transfer from the port to the hotel. When we arrived, the pool area and rooms looked very nice.The rooms are not soundproof, and the traffic and noise from neighbors were very loud. We could hear every single noise: a cough, a fart, everything. This made it difficult to relax. Every evening, we had to order breakfast for the next day, as they received it from somewhere else. The room and bathroom look great at first glance, but they don’t clean properly. I'm not sure if they just clean or replace the towels and toilet paper. When we arrived, the mirror was dirty, and there was a broken shower piece and a razor cover on the floor throughout our entire stay. There was also a cockroach in our room.It's a nice place, but some things really need to be improved.

I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights by telephone and was informed that there were not enough empty rooms for our group. Instead we were offered to be transferred to their bungalow group which had equivalent facilities. I accepted because I had made sure that cleanliness and facilities had to be equal because the price charged was the same. It was really disappointing that we actually got a room that had a bathroom in pathetic condition. The electricity in the room also went out when turning on the drinking water heater while the AC was on and even though the AC was not cold. Meanwhile, we had to unplug the refrigerator because the engine was so loud. The bungalow management was very indifferent to our complaints when I asked why the MCB was down. Well, if I haven't already paid the down payment, I might cancel.I didn't mention the name of the bungalow where I was transferred because I thought this was purely Box Paradise's fault for recommending the wrong place for me. I got an invoice from Box Paradise with Box Paradise letterhead, I was met by Box Paradise staff, so I have the right to complain.

Small family run accommodation with 8 bungalows. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. It is located a bit out of the way, so you can get around easily. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Perfect place for visiting Nusa Penida. Close to the beach, good restaurants and laundry or rent a scooter service. They are very kind and help you all the time. Many thanks for everything!|we are very happy stay here 3 nights. and will comeback

Very nice hotel, everything was fine except for one thing. In the bathroom, fish were kept in a flower vase. When we checked out, after four days, one of two fish didn't survive either. Therefore two stars deducted, that doesn't have to be the case.
