As the name suggests (the name seems to come from a place name), it is a Showa era business hotel. There are rooms on either side of a long hallway, and although they are not large, they are equipped with the bare minimum necessary, and each room has a toilet and bath. I was surprised that the extension phone was a dial type, but is this also part of the Showa era?Behind the front desk is the dining room and public bath.Baths are alternated between men and women. The changing room is spacious, and there are three bathtubs including cold water baths. There is also a hot spring where you can relax. The sauna is spacious and hot! Next door is a cool-down room called the freezer room. For dinner, you can choose one of several nearby partner restaurants at check-in.Breakfast is buffet style in the dining room behind the front desk. With a wide variety of items, you can replenish your energy in the morning. There is a microwave in the aisle, and a vending machine at the entrance and on the upper floor. There's also a washing machine, so I think it's good for extended stays.

As the name of the hotel suggests, it is a good hotel that is undeniably old but kept clean.I felt safe from the staff's response at check-in. I feel relieved. The room is clean and you can relax normally. The large public bath is the best! It feels so good to be in a hot spring bath. The loop of the hot source in the middle and the water bath was the best.Breakfast was delicious. The seedless Kyoho that was served as dessert was unreasonably sweet! I was scared and the Shine Muscat I ate afterwards was even sweeter. Now that I'm home, I regret that I should have eaten more!

Fuji from the Kofu area,I could only see the top, but it was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was quite fulfilling. And it was delicious. It's not the right time to take a bathCouldn't you get in?I heard good things from my friends.(I have to work, so I can't help it.)I usually ride the trainAlthough it is difficult to go alone,By car 🚗 to the Kofu areaRecommended for those staying overnight.

There is a sauna in the large bath, and the cold bath and freezer room are also interesting. The wifi in the room is strong. The free light breakfast and coffee are also delicious. It's a bit far from the station and the facilities are old, such as no elevator, but if you can tolerate that, it's perfect for the price!

Source name: KaanapalipH value: 7.6Spring quality: Simple hot springStay with a 6,500 yen plan that includes private hot spring water and breakfast. Easy...The exterior, hallways, and rooms feel a little old, but they are clean and there are no complaints. The cooler worked well too. It comes with a unit bath.Regarding hot springs, it is a simple hot spring with 992.0 mg of dissolved substances. It's a shame that it could have been called a hydrogen carbonate spring a little later. However, the quality of the water is good and it is quite fresh. There is a small hot spring bathtub in the center. It is blatantly overflowing and is unbearable for hot spring lovers. There is a large bathtub with added water in the back. Both are hot for Yamanashi hot springs. Also, the great thing about Hotel Showa is that it has a freezing room. After soaking in hot water, you can't resist rushing to the freezer to cool your whole body to the core! I wonder why hot spring facilities all over the country don't have this...There is also a sauna and cold bath. It's also a good idea to cool it down in the freezer after sauna.Cold barley tea was set up in the changing room.Breakfast is buffet style. It seems like they use good Yamanashi rice, so it's a Japanese dish overall. However, they also have bread, so don't worry if you like bread. Drinks are barley tea, water, and on the day, grapefruit juice. There was also coffee and cocoa. The quality of the water is good, so this hotel is recommended not only for hot spring lovers but also for sightseeing.
