It was the worst. The room was old and the electricity seemed to be running out, but she said, ``Don't worry about it.'' As I was eating in my room, I called him and said, ``I guess it was impossible after all (lol)'' in this condition. Of course. Did you think he would be patient with a female customer? The bath is so hot that I can't stay in it for even 5 seconds. No matter how good the hot spring is, you should usually be able to adjust the temperature with water. Thanks to you, I couldn't enter at all.The meal was average. The staff are good people, except for the person who is probably the general manager. However, when I asked her to explain the contents of the meal, I was surprised when she responded, "Eh? (bitter smile)." What do you do without explaining? The worst person is the person who seems to be the general manager. I had completely misunderstood how to provide service. At night, he would knock on my room and tell me to be quiet because it was noisy. There may have been some voices, but only women. It wasn't a slapstick thing either. Isn't it a problem that the walls are too thin in the first place? When I called them in advance, I asked them, "Can you see the fireworks?", and they bluntly answered, "No, I can't see them." If you take a short walk to the lakeside, you can see it very clearly. Why didn't you give me such an explanation in advance? Also, even after arriving, I tried saying that I didn't know about the taxi company in the same Buraku area. They insist on paying in cash and do not accept cards at all, and when I told them they would be in trouble, they said, "No, it's us who are in trouble." What's more, when I asked her where the ATM was, she said, "I don't know." There was a convenience store within a 10-minute walk, right? Why not share that information?I didn't feel any hospitality from this person who seemed to be the general manager. It's like, why did you choose us? That's what I'm saying. If it was cheap, I could still tolerate it, but unfortunately it's close to a scam. I'm extremely disappointed because the other employees were honest and kind, but I won't be coming here again.

Stayed here the day before the Jukai tour. The facilities and equipment are retro, but that's actually a good thing.I had dinner in my room, and I was very satisfied with the variety of dishes. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, which was great for someone like me who likes to eat breakfast in the morning.Perhaps because of the high altitude, the unbranded Baumkuchen I brought with me was on the verge of exploding lol.

I stayed with my family (a couple and one child) on February 23, 2024.The exterior and building itself looks very old, but I was very impressed by the taste.Dinner was served in the room and had a large selection of items, so even our family, who are big eaters, were very satisfied.Although the hot water in the bath was not hot spring, there was a private family bath, and it was nice to have a feeling that you don't usually get.We also played table tennis, which was fun. It got heated in my family. The customer service was also good. The elderly person at the reception seemed like a gentleman and had a great atmosphere. If I have the opportunity, I would like to use this hotel again.

It may be difficult to understand as it is a bit of a narrow road.Be careful as the asphalt on the narrow path is rough. The rice is quite tasty and the quantity is sufficient.I don't know if the room was Japanese or Western, but it was good. There is a smoking area on the terrace near the front desk on the first floor, which is very nice.Shower water pressure in the bathroom is weakI had a plan to have dinner brought to my room, but the customer service was polite.
