Disappointing! When we arrived they had no record of our reservation on Booking. They tried to charge us 2400k Rp for two nights, even though the Booking offer and what we had contracted were 500k cheaper. After negotiating on the phone with a guy (the only one who knew how to speak more or less English) for 20 minutes, we managed to get a room with the same characteristics and the same Booking price with the lock broken (it couldn't be closed).It should be noted that the person we spoke to on the phone tried to justify the price difference by referring to non-existent taxes to which we did not agree (attempted scam)The hotel (if you can call it that) seems to have seen better days and is currently completely abandoned. It's run by three teenagers who don't know English and a man who is always hanging around the pool without a shirt, half farting.A real pleasure to check out and say goodbye to that dump of scammers

The lady staffs were very rude ,the room was very dirty full of sand ,the flush were not working ,very overpriced should be 2k and everything is atleast 15 kms away from there ,no reception,no one to take luggage to the room
,they always scare you in the name of police ..not worth staying there
