I stayed here during Ebichu's live performance.I was unable to leave the venue and arrived quite late, but they were very kind and accommodating.In addition, even though it was late at night and we couldn't find the ingredients for the BBQ, they were very kind to us, including introducing us to restaurants and providing other assistance.The room was very clean and was more than the price.Personally, I was grateful that the toilets were very clean. It was a nice place, like a new building.

Had a fantastic stay for a night when traveling from Tokyo to Fujiyoshida. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Access to the common area and room is easy. The area is beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Sorayado, a stylish hotel that looks like a pension that opened in 2022. It was very clean and well-maintained, and I loved the detailed service at the front desk, where they told me about delicious restaurants that only locals knew about. If you make a reservation in advance, you can also have a barbecue in the garden. I'm glad you came. I would like to come again.

Great place to stay. Staff is friendly. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. Toilet is Japanese technical marvel :). Train station is half an hour walk away - you can use Suika to get to Fuji from there (no additional tickets or pre-booking are not required).

A hidden gem in yamanashi. we were pleasantly surprised by the modern look of the building / room with all the required facilities. The room was very clean and the hotel had a pantry area where we could heat up our food. Check-in area is located on the second floor and you have to enter from the rear of the building, and climb up the spiral stairway. Old folks with difficulty climbing or carrying baggage up the stairway should take note! other than this, we had a perfect stay and will certainly come back again if we are in the area.

I was surprised at how clean and stylish the building was, whether it was a new construction or not, and the inside of the room was also very clean!I stayed in a pet-friendly room, but although I didn't use it, I felt they were kind enough to provide pet supplies.It's a distance that you can't walk from the nearest station.It was a beautiful sky with shooting stars.There is a Lawson nearby.I enjoyed the choice of coffee and shampoo rinse.I had a great time and didn't have any particular concerns other than the breaker tripping in the public space.Thank you very much for your help!
