I stayed at the Egg Room for 2 days. Even though I asked the front desk to clean the room in the morning, they did not clean it...The sink in the room was very small and there was always a sewage smell coming up. Also, there were insects and dust everywhere in the room, which didn't make me feel very good. There was mold growing in the hot springs, something that looked like green moss (?) was growing, and green water was dripping from the ceiling, which was very unpleasant. It looks cute, but the facilities are not solid, so I can't recommend it.

・Good pointsYou can see Mt. Fuji. The quality of the hot springs is not bad.Convenience store is within walking distance. It looks like the cleaning has been done to some extent. The room is large.・Bad pointsExtra towels available for a feeYou need to bring a towel from your room to the hot spring. Extremely inconvenient for a hot spring inn.The overall construction feels cheap. The quality of fittings etc. is poor.I can clearly see that it's a cost cut.Although there is space for a hot spring, there is no open-air bath. No sauna either. The use of hot spring water has been discontinued. The store also has a small number of items. The room is dark. It's like a business hotel.I can hear voices and sounds from the next room quite well. noisy. You can see Mt. Fuji, but unfortunately you can also see the love hotel. There is no signboard and the location is difficult to find.Beds are hard.A mini fridge is placed directly near the bed. Noisy at night.・OverviewAlthough it calls itself a resort, this is a business hotel. This time, I made a last-minute reservation and it cost about 6,500 yen per person for a night without meals, but considering the above circumstances, I think 5,000 yen is a fair price, but I don't think I will return again. It seems like there are a lot of customers from overseas, but I'm worried that they won't be disappointed.

This hotel is not easy to get into. As soon as you enter the room, it is dark. Less than three minutes after entering the room, it will light up automatically. It looks like a ghost. You cannot ask for a refund. It will be on my blacklist forever.

The hotel is located quite far from Kawaguchiko, the central hub of all means of public transport (train, bus, shuttle, etc.). After 7 p.m., it is almost impossible to find a taxi from the station to reach the hotel. I did not get a response from them regarding my shuttle request via the reservation platform. Anyway, I walked 30 mins in the middle of the night. As for the hotel itself, the breakfast, the onsen and the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji earn points. The breakfast is more than generous enough to cover both your morning and your afternoon. We're offering you a barbecue! In short, go there with your eyes closed if you visit Fuji by car. If you want to visit Kawaguchiko and its surroundings by bus, then it will depend on your schedule, but it cannot go beyond 6 p.m. (the last bus from Kawaguchiko which leads to a station quite close to the hotel).

Good service staff, good view (I was a little disappointed that the day I went there was cloudy so I couldn't see the Fuji view). If you could see the Fuji view that day, it would be more than worth it for this price. But I think it's good. The hotel provides a free shuttle van to Kawaguchiko station, which if you take a taxi yourself, it costs almost 2,000 yen. Which I think is very good. Definitely go again.

The advantages of the hotel are that there is a hot spring pool on the first floor but it is not big. You can clearly see Mount Fuji from the room. It is recommended to get up before sunrise to see the different faces of Mount Fuji. It is worth it. The driver who brought you to the airport was very kind and actively introduced nearby recommended attractions. He is very helpful and I met a counter staff who could speak Chinese in the afternoon. The shortcomings of the hotel are that it doesn’t respond to messages very often. It is recommended that you take the shuttle bus to the consultation room on the right side of Kawaguchiko Station. 1500-1700 can help guests call the hotel to get connected to the station. The hotel is a bit old, but it is worth it to see the complete Mount Fuji. .
