This was my second time at Isawa Onsen and my first time at this hotel. The room was a Japanese-Western style room, and the meal was a buffet.1. Room・Did you clean it? There was so much dust on the four corners of the floor that I wanted to check, and there was trash on the tatami mats.・I made a reservation for 4 people, but there were 3 pillows on the bed. It's true that there were three beds, but I wish they would at least prepare pillows for the number of guests.・When I moved the mattress, I was horrified to find hair and dust.2. Meal・The menu is rich, but everything except the steak, tempura, and hoto was cold and tasted really bad! It tastes bad anyway! It goes without saying that delicious food should be served at the right temperature.Looking at the reviews, you can see that even though many people have pointed out the same thing, they are not making any effort. It's a shame because the staff at the venue were all very nice people.・I think the breakfast menu was good. It was something that could be eaten even at room temperature.3. Bath・The dressing room and dresser area are pretty normal. The bath was spacious and the open-air bath was comfortable, and I was able to do the laundry of my life.4. Staff・Perhaps due to a lack of staff, the explanation at the front desk was simple, and when I asked for a yukata in a different size, they didn't take action after I said it once, and they finally brought it to me on the third extension.・We were told that the futon would be laid out for us while we ate, but it was not laid out for us at all, and we had to ask for it on our third extension. The entire building is old and the price and service are not commensurate with each other. Poor cost performance.I will never stay here again.I would like a refund of 100,000 yen for 4 people.

“Cooking◎”There was a wide variety of items and each dish was made with care, which was very good. It's a buffet, but I'm very satisfied! !"Room○"It feels old but has been cleaned. It feels good."Bath ○"It's spacious anyway. There's also a sauna and cold bath, which is great.Just here it's functionalSomething like that. .“Customer service△”I've met some people and they're kind, but I'm not very good at explaining things to them (I'm a bit lazy)A little more education"others"There is also a pool and private bath (reservation required)It's nice to be able to jump into variety shows.I think the best thing is the chef's thoughtfulness.

There were rice balls for dinner. Please also serve them for breakfast. Also, compared to other hotels, the number of breakfast items is small.

The old building is old and the new building is beautiful. The bath is comfortable.Unfortunately, the buffet food isEverything was cold, maybe it was because I used it on a weekday?None of them were delicious. It's a shame even though the other aspects are good.

I visited you this year as well as last year. |According to the reviews, there was nothing to eat because the buffet was not replenished, but when I went there, it was a weekday, so there was plenty to eat. …
