The inn is styled like an old folk house, but it is clean and has a new TV and air conditioner, and the toilet has a washlet as well, giving it a good old-fashioned feel. There are some issues with the age, such as hearing footsteps, but personally it didn't bother me.All the staff members were very courteous. When I was thinking about what to have for lunch the next day, I went to a recommended place and they wrote down a note on the map, telling me the location, the name of the restaurant, and what kind of restaurant it was, and gave it to me for reference. As for the food, both dinner and breakfast were delicious with a large selection and quantity. I stayed for 2 nights, and the menu was different both days, probably because of your consideration. After dinner, you can have dessert and even a late-night snack, which is very satisfying. If you have a small appetite, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to accommodate you. There are two indoor baths and two outdoor baths. When you enter, hang up the tag you are using and it will be reserved for you. There was no particular wait, and I entered whenever I wanted. There is no shampoo etc. in the open air, but if you ask at the front desk, they will lend it to you. Hair dryers are located in the shared washbasin, but you can also rent them out. When I visited in 2022, I was disappointed to hear that the signboard dog had passed away. There are two signboard cats, and the calico cat is always wandering around, and the other is an elderly cat, so she would be leisurely walking around the front door or relaxing in a chair. For some reason, when I squat down, he gets on my back (lol). I've seen other customers do this too, so maybe it's just a habit? In any case, they were soothing to cat lovers. If you ever visit Lake Yamanaka again, we would be happy to help you.

I stayed there with my mother. I stayed there because I was intrigued by the fact that it had cats, and the service was very good and it was very comfortable. The dinner was voluminous and delicious, and the dumplings for dessert were also very delicious! Also, when I was checking out in the morning, I bought a paper cup of coffee and was about to leave, but they replaced it with a container with a lid because it might spill. The attention to detail was felt everywhere. The customer service was also very bright and friendly, and I had a lot of fun talking with them (*^^*)

"Summer" revisited...A handsome man, Taku-chan, greeted us.The squishy cats are cute"autumn"The signboard cat is too cute...One is a spoiled dogOne of them was so blunt (lol)I go up the stairs and fall asleep right away.Be careful not to step on it.All baths can be reserved for private use.The outdoor bath is a little lukewarm and the indoor bath is piping hot!About 300m to the lakeside. It's a good distance for a walk. It's also a good idea to rent a bicycle and go out to eat at a nearby restaurant. If you have a low-height car, you can park it at the town hall.

☆Thank you for your heartwarming hospitality at a relaxing pure Japanese-style inn😄The dinner and breakfast meals were rich in content, perfect in quantity, and delicious🍚There are some hot spring rooms with private baths, but there are also two indoor baths and two open-air baths, and all private baths for 1 to 3 people, which are not used by large groups. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a relaxing hot spring experience in a quiet and relaxing manner. , No group guests, only 7-8 individual groups staying, it was good ♨️☆ Smoking...The room is non-smoking, there is a smoking room with chairs on the second floor, and there is an ashtray next to the entrance, which was helpful 🚬☆Parking lot…about 8 spaces in front of the inn🚙The entrance to the inn is difficult to find from the street, but there is a small signboard, so check it out👀

The building itself feels old, but it has been beautifully renovated and is well-maintained.The footsteps from upstairs and the sounds of doors opening and closing can be a bit distracting, but above all, the food is delicious, the staff are all friendly and fun to talk to, and the prices are cheap!I was also able to meet the signboard cat, so I was satisfied (≧▽≦)I look forward to working with you again if I have the opportunity!
