No service at the pool, that should be the case with a three star accommodation!The umbrellas were not and were not opened, no mattresses on the loungers, no pool towels. There were no drinks to order.The hotel is actually quite nice, but there was nothing from the room service, annoying for the price paid.I wouldn't recommend!

I booked a room through Agoda at a very good price, including breakfast. The room is clean, and the staff here seem friendlier than at some of the places I stayed earlier on this trip to Bali.

We only stayed one night in order to go to the tree house earlier but next time will come back for more days to relax definitely!I don’t know why some people gave bad review. I really think that’s nothing to complaint about! Yogi the manager is very nice and helpful helped us to carry our heavy luggage all the way to our room (the stair cases are high!) Room is big and well sound proof. Their gym is fully equipped almost like a professional gym. The spa of the hotel is very nice too I fall asleep very soon. The breakfast included is delicious and the view from the restaurant is just fantastic! And one thing important to mention is that their hot water is more than hot enough 😂😂😂 with the affordable price, over all I give 100points!

Our family stayed here for our last night in Penida, as it was on the north-east side of Nusa Penida, as we visited Diamond and Atuh beaches on our third day.Room was clean but there are not many amenities provided.The entry to the property is a little bit tricky.The water in the bathroom are salt water, as it was normal in northern part of Penida.The pool at the back side of hotel were not cleaned. Algae grew already and it was SLIPPERY. My father in-law almost slipped as he entered the pool.Breakfast was enjoyable.Staffs were polite and friendly.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, you can ask for a pick up and drop off from Sampalan port 100 thousand/car to Toyapakeh 200 thousand/car. Rent a motorbike at the hotel for 70 thousand/day full tank. Nice hotel room with spectacular sea view. Good breakfast.

My current favorite accommodation for Nusa Penida. View on the hill. Nice rooms, very very good service. Menu is quite good, sandwiches are okay 😄The swimming pool was a little dirty when I arrived, and the water in the room was a little salty (is that normal?) Breakfast included fruit and instant orange juice. Motorbike rental is available, their location is easy to find, close to markets and minimarkets.

My boyfriend and I were “stranded” on the island of Nusa Penida. So we found this hotel, the man at the reception (dsl I don't know his first name) was very helpful and very empathetic. The next day he helped us get on the boat etc. Really, thank you ! You helped us a lot. Other than that, the hotel is very pretty. The rooms are well equipped. We also forgot a Lacoste t-shirt lol.

Disappointed with the sea view rooms ..!! Food is so tasty ..!!! If ur in budget u can but if ur looking for luxury don’t go for it ..!! No phone in the room nor any person will be available near to room ..!! Bike services are given with low price ..!! Staff is friendly..!!!
