Good service. Good food and drinks. I don't recommend ordering "European" desserts. They have nothing to do with the original recipe.Nice view and interesting decor.

Great , cozy hotel with fantastic view, it was my solo tour of the Nusa Penida , Bali . And the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable , breakfast was great too , the receptionist helped me rent a scooter for a day and also suggested on the places that I could visit.

Based on the recent reviews we were hesitant about this hotel. As previous reviews indicated, the photos on booking are not completely up to date, but we believe that it is a wonderful hotel to stay for a few days. Our experience is also that the service in the hotel is excellent, we rented a scooter through the hotel and arranged a snorkeling trip and that was great! All in all, we definitely recommend the hotel if you want to discover the island. If you want to lie on a bed by the pool for 4 days, this hotel is less suitable.

The hotel no longer looks at all like the photos unfortunately. Several spaces are abandoned or no longer exist. Don't be fooled with the photos on Booking. We had to change rooms following several problems in this one. There is a big road that separates the restaurant from the hotel which is noisy and dangerous. However, I must say that the young man at reception was very friendly to us.

The hotel does not completely correspond to the photos, on top of that there are rats in the rooms the air conditioning makes an infernal noise as does the insulation we hear everything that is happening outside.If you want to sleep well and rest, avoid this hotel, we had some complicated nights…

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and only stayed one night. What a disappointment when we arrived: abandoned hotel, not maintained, dirty swimming pool, nothing to do with the photos on booking. It does not deserve 4 stars but 1 or 2. Very noisy busy road, huge hole in the bedroom floor, completely cracked bathroom, few deckchairs.. and above all no spa. For breakfast, choice between a hot or cold drink and little choice in dishes. We booked elsewhere for the other 2 nights

My 3rd visit nothing much change. Everything stays as it is. Excelent in almost every aspect. Not uploading any photo just to get redundant point is not thing. Better slow but no trick.

We stayed one night in this seemingly heavenly hotel but in which we suffered one disappointment after another.We arrived and were greeted by a very nice lady who offered us a welcome cocktail. She then took us to our room (photos completely different from reality in terms of the bathroom which is in fact completely open, no roof).We decided to eat in their restaurant, shabby, very poorly seasoned food, waiter on his phone (need to get up to get the menu), he then killed a Gecko in front of us because "he was noisy"...We spent the night in our room when we woke up to realize that we were missing 1,000,000 IDR! We gave them the benefit of the doubt but at this point we are certain that someone broke into our room. Staff ? Outside person? I don't know. What is certain is that when we informed the hotel of our problem they were “compassionate” without finding any solution for us. In reality he didn't care!We saw when we arrived that he was equipped with a camera, which is why we asked to view them, with a categorical refusal on their part. We left the hotel warning them that we would give them a very bad review, which immediately led them to tell Booking that we had not stayed in their hotel! Liars and thieves! Run away!!!

Nice location, nice view, but non-existent room services. We were staying in the family suite and the TV didn't work, the balcony door didn't close and half the lights didn't work, but most importantly the air conditioning didn't work. We didn't sleep because it was too hot. We pointed this out after the first night and they put a fan in the room which only served to move the hot air present. "Fast" wifi that often didn't work. We rented a scooter at 4pm and they charged us for the whole day to use it for a few hours. I would not return, there is no attention and customer care.
