The facilities overall felt old, but the air conditioner in the room was new. The hot spring is small, but the quality of the spring water is good. It was also nice to be able to drink water, tea, and apple cider vinegar for free after taking a bath. However, even though it's a hotel, I don't understand why they make me change into slippers at the entrance. Shoes are placed in an open shoe rack on the spot, so it's best not to wear expensive shoes. There is a hotel at the top of a narrow slope, but there isn't much parking available, so even though I went to the top of the mountain, I was told it was full, so I made a U-turn at the narrow parking lot, went down to the municipal parking lot by the lake, and then walked back up the slope. It was quite stressful to come. I wish there was at least a sign at the entrance of the hill to see if it was full. All the staff are foreigners and the place is unmanned after 11pm. There were no cups or tea or even a telephone in the room other than the bathroom. I didn't think the cost performance was that good considering the cost reduction.

I used it on a trip. All-you-can-drink beer, lemon sour, and coffee are welcome drinks. All-you-can-eat small meat buns and hot spring steamed buns. There are both smoking and non-smoking rooms. There is also a large public bath, and the sauna next to it is small but satisfying. The all-you-can-eat eel and crab dinner was good. You can drink as much alcohol as you like, so be careful not to drink too much.

I stayed here for two consecutive nights to sightsee around Lake Kawaguchi. There are only steep slopes or steep stone steps from the road along Lake Kawaguchi to the hotel. You can drive in front of the hotel, but there are only about 10 parking spaces in front of the building, and when it is full, you will have to use the free parking lot across the road. Most of the staff members were foreigners, but I was left with a good impression of how hard they worked. However, it seems impossible to make very complicated requests in Japanese, so I would like to have Japanese staff at key points...You can choose from three dinner times: 17:00, 17:30, and 19:30, and there is a buffet in addition to hot pot and boat platters that vary depending on the plan. You can also replace the vegetables and meat in the hot pot, which is a great value.I was impressed by how frequently the buffet food was replenished. It's also nice that they bring the child's chair right away. I feel that they are watching the hall properly. In addition to a beer server, the all-you-can-drink bar also has bottles and drinks for sake, plum wine, shochu, and other drinks that you can make yourself. I'm glad I could make it the way I like it, but some people may have different tastes. If you let us know at the time of reservation, your child's dinner can be a children's lunch (ketchup rice, omelet, sausage, fried chicken, salad), but this seems to be the only option on the menu.Breakfast was also a buffet. The buffet had a seafood bowl corner and it was very delicious, but I think it would be better if it was served at dinner...The food itself was very delicious, but if you're staying for multiple nights, there are many menus that you'll see every time...If you're staying for multiple nights, I recommend making a breakfast-only or dinner-only plan. The bath is only an indoor bath, but it was spacious enough and I was satisfied.I'm glad that foreign customers were able to bathe properly, probably because they played videos of bathing etiquette in multiple languages on the monitor in the changing room.Considering the price range, I would say that the cleaning is fair to bad.I would like something to be done about the smell of the old air conditioner in the entrance lobby and the smell of cigarettes in the elevator.I would like to use it again next time.

Most of the foreign South Asians have very poor service attitude at the front desk. They are Nepali and arrogant. It took more than half an hour for the fourteen of us to get the room. We can't feel the Japanese etiquette at all...
