This time we used it not for camping but as a parking lot for climbing Mt. Ryugatake. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate around 100 cars, and the forest area is a camping space with an atmosphere of atmosphere.I would definitely like to use forest camping next time. However, it is prohibited to go through the campground to reach the trailhead of Mt. Ryugatake, only for camping users. The trailhead is a few minutes' walk across from the prefectural road, and there is a guide sign. This is a mountain hike that can be done in 3 hours round trip. The summit is a reasonable size, but the view is not great as it is surrounded by bamboo. There are only two benches (for about 6 people) for mountain lunch at the top, so you will need to bring a seat for the place where the previous customers will sit. Also, please make sure it is not cold and windy. The best view is from the stone Buddha and pavilion resting place just below the summit. Also, it takes about 10 minutes from the trailhead parking lot.It became the design on the back of the old 1,000 yen bill.Nakanokura Observation Deck (free parking lot in front of Nakanokura Tunnel and in front of Koan-so) There is a Nakanokura Pass information sign from the right side of the parking lot. It takes about 60 minutes round trip to climb up and down the mountain path, but as you can see on the back of the 1,000 yen bill, you can see Lake Motosu in the front, Mt. Fuji in the back, and the ridgeline of Mt. Ryugatake on the far right, which is a spectacular view (there is a magnificent observation deck). There is a clean toilet in the free parking lot, but there are only 5 parking spaces, and there is a Koan-so parking lot right behind it, but there is a fee. There are new bills on the market, but it's worth a visit.

A very convenient campground where you can drive to the free tent site in the forest in the morning. The toilets are also clean. I would like to use it again.
