Used for day trip bathing in the eveningIf you try to use a restaurant at 6 p.m.It is reserved for hotel guests only and cannot be used.I would like to use the restaurant after taking a bath when entering the facility.We are also checking to see if it is possible to wear clothes inside the facility.If this was the case, there was no need to wear indoor clothes.It was a shame because the facility was beautiful.

The woman at the reception was very unpleasant.I was given the key to the facility without any explanation.I wonder if they haven't been told to say anything. I didn't even have to thank you for coming back.Is it good for people who like saunas? The baths here are not good at all, and there are many good hot springs in Yamanashi, so I don't think I'll come here again.My rating has gotten worseThe response from the front desk is really important.I think so.

I stayed on Saturday, September 28th.The location is the best location at the foot of Mt. Fuji.The room was spacious, which is normal given the price, but it was good.The room was on the road side, so there was a lot of car noise.Also, I was concerned that the air conditioner or something was making a constant noise.Please improve.Revisiting is tricky.

The staff were polite and I was very satisfied with the facilities, and I had a quiet and relaxing time.I had shabu-shabu, and the soup stock, meat, and vegetables were delicious.

On the day of check-in, around noon, we enjoyed a bedrock bath. It was a very good system where you could borrow house clothes and towels at the reception and exchange them for new ones as needed. Even though I weigh three digits, I was able to get by wearing LL indoor clothes. Since children were not allowed to use it, I was able to enjoy the bedrock bath and the bath in a very calm atmosphere. Overall, considering that there are 25 rooms plus day use, I thought the space for the bedrock bath and bath was a little small, but I was able to use it comfortably. I felt like the break room was crowded a lot of the time this time.For dinner, we didn't get the same amount of rice as you would at a ryokan, but I think it was a good meal. I think it was a good idea because you can add more food if you want, and you can also laze around while drinking like you would at an izakaya. I felt like it would be nice if breakfast was served at this restaurant and I could just eat it there. It was a little difficult to go back to my room while carrying a glass of juice and a hard-boiled egg that seemed to be rolling over.Although it was cleaner and had a better atmosphere than the super public baths in town, I felt that the level of customer service was relatively low. There are some people who want to order but they don't come easily, or who feel like they could be a little more friendly.It was great to be able to enjoy so much comfort at such a reasonable price. I would definitely like to visit again.

Three friends and I went on a day trip to the hot springs.The customer service of a woman in her 40s to 50s at the front desk was unfriendly. What surprised me the most was when I made a credit card payment, my card was taken from my hand without a word. I couldn't believe my eyes.Also, all three of us ate shabu-shabu at the restaurant, but the ponzu sauce and sesame sauce didn't come out, so when we asked for the sauce, they were unfriendly. I was also surprised that they only brought enough sauce for one person.I think the customer service is bad overall.

It's a little pricey, but they have really good shower heads, shampoos, treatments, lotions, etc., so you can go empty-handed! !There are not many types of baths, but each one is a little spacious so I was able to take my time in the bath! !However, the outside and inside cold baths are very small and the outside cold bath is only big enough for one person. There are two saunas in the open air and they get crowded, so it's a shame that you might not be able to use one of them.
