I used it because there was a LIVE at Kawaguchiko Stellar Theater. Very good location. However, this was my first experience like this. It's already a series of surprises.The room is too dirty. The bathroom, toilet, and flooring are full of women's long hair, and it's falling all over the place, and the bed is full of dust 😬I bought flooring sheets from a nearby convenience store and cleaned them.I won't be staying there again, but I hope they do a good job of cleaning.

We have visited the Blue bird hotel last weekend. The goal was to see the firework show on July the first, which we succed to do. My parents were able to see the fireworks from the parkinglot of the hotel.The day after we went on a bike trip, during which my mother lost her balance and fell on the street (and broke her spine). Everyone of the city who passed by stopped to offer help. English isn’t spoken by hardly anyone, but due to the help of google we could communicate.The hotel owner understood our situation and helped us as much as he could. He helped calling to get us to Tokio so we could get back home.Many thanks to everyone that helped us there and I hope to see you guys in the future!

I stayed here to participate in Fuji Hill the other day. I was worried because the e-mail confirmation in advance was very cursory, but when I arrived at the location, I was very happy to see that they responded 180 degrees the other way.The owner is very pleasant, kind, and polite. I was happy to receive such warm support and comments such as "Please do your best."The facility was clean and the rooms were large and comfortable.Road bikes could also be brought in without removing the wheels.However, since the building itself is old, the water area is undeniably deteriorated. (I'm sorry, but the star rating for the guest room is average.) However, the cleaning was thorough so that you could use it comfortably.If you're like me and don't really care about it, you'll be fine with it, but if you're a nervous person, it might bother you.There is also a large local supermarket nearby, so you won't have any trouble buying meals for your overnight stay. I also really appreciated the cup ramen and water in the room.I would like to use it again next year.

Very pleasant, the host really welcomed us into a cute apartment with all the comforts, two beds, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom.A view of Mount Fuji at magical awakening.Proximity to the lake and nearby activities I recommend a car for freedom, transport in this region is light depending on the season.

This hotel is great. The toiletries provided are all famous brands. The conditions are not bad and it is relatively clean.The main reason is that it is very close to the mountain and relatively quiet, unlike Wuyang Wuyang on the other side of the lake which is full of tourists.

The owner is very Clam and empathetic to foreigner. He can speak English well. The hotel also provided bicycles for tourism to explore Fuji mountain.In room have small kitchen and small laundry machine.Mom love this hotel very much and the name of hotel also cute!!

Stayed at this Hotel for 1 night at short notice, room was big and very clean and everything you want is in the room. The host was so nice and helpful. A short taxi ride to Kawaguchiko station. And you walk outside and Mt Fuji is right in front of you. I will be returning.

I stayed with my family. I arrived at the last minute to check in, but the owner was kind enough to wait for me without making an unpleasant face. The apartment, which was originally used as a dormitory, has been renovated and is now being rented out as a hotel. The bath was equipped with &honey shampoo and treatment, FANCL cleansing, and Sekkisei lotion and emulsion, making it a very woman-friendly hotel. I was very happy because this was the first time I had stayed at a hotel that took such good care of me. However, since the building itself was originally a dormitory, some parts are old. There were insects floating in the toilet bowl and dust on the bed frame. When I entered the front door and opened the storage space on the right side, I saw a living spider, so I quietly closed the door... There were spider webs on the ceiling, so I pretended not to see them. Since it is a private business, there were many areas that were not kept well cleaned, so I wonder if they are doing it themselves. So I tried not to look at the details. I was worried about futons and other bedding, but I thought it would only be for one night, so I soldiered on. Since my children are young, hygiene is a big concern. I heard that you can stay at a nearby major hotel for 12,000 yen, so if I was going to stay here for 10,000 yen, I thought I would spend 2,000 yen to buy peace of mind and stay at a major hotel.Also, this may be a personal issue, but the double bed was arranged vertically and horizontally, and I couldn't move it, so I couldn't sleep in a river-shaped arrangement. I think it would have been nice if you could have written a little more details about the bed. There was no place to hang clothes and I wanted hangers. As I mentioned at the beginning, the owner's personality and service are perfect. It's close to Fuji-Q Highland, so access is great. Thank you for staying with us and for providing us with such wonderful service. There were many disappointing parts, so I gave this review.

This is an apartment type accommodation.Although meals are not provided, there are convenience stores, shopping malls, and restaurants scattered around the accommodation, so I didn't think I would have any problems procuring meals and ingredients.

A very cozy accommodation, ideal for two people or two couples. With all the comforts of an apartment, there is even a bicycle available. The service is unbeatable, very attentive and willing to resolve any need.

My daughter and I stayed at a B&B-style 2-star hotel for 2 nights on March 26th and 27th. The owner, Mr. Aoki, was very enthusiastic and drove us to our destination twice (because we couldn’t get a taxi)👍, even though we were with him The room is very big and comfortable, with a tatami bed in Japanese style, a small kitchen with a washing machine and a microwave, and the window faces Mount Fuji👍. I also tried the famous local noodles Mr. Aoki introduced, "ほうとうfudo" (store name), which is good The food is special, but the portion is very large. You have to queue up to get in near the B&B. Only cash is accepted. There are many restaurants near the B&B. The overall experience is good.Disadvantages: There is no toilet, it is cold in spring, there are no buses nearby and you need to rely on your legs. The B&B provides bicycles (if you can ride a bicycle👍) I can’t ride and I am an old woman until my leg breaks. The B&B is in Halfway between Mount Fuji and the lakeside, a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station

Anyway, the owner was a nice person. I won't go into details because I don't think they can always provide the same service, but I was very impressed by the kind service they provided.This was the first time I had ever been treated so kindly. It's certainly not a luxury hotel, but if you're looking for a casual stay, it's definitely recommended.

It was convenient and close to Fuji-Q Highland. There was no air conditioner, just a fan, but I don't like the wind and it was so loud that I couldn't sleep at night 😭 (The room temperature was about 28 degrees Celsius)It seems like my family was able to sleep... so it seems like I'm the only one😅💦Maybe it's because I usually sleep with the cooler on (lol)The owner was also a very nice person. There was also cup noodles in the room for service, which I received in the morning 🙇♀️ Thank you very much 😊
