The quality of service is low.He made a reservation for my birthday.I was asked to fill out a questionnaire at the reception desk, and for some reason I had to choose 3 reasons for my stay today, so when I marked birthday celebration, even though I had reserved a cake, I was asked which birthday it was. ? I was asked lolThere are no surprises or anything.I'm worried about the employees who are destroying the HOSHINOYA brand. .Everything else was very satisfying thanks to Mt. Fuji.

Edit: I haven't heard back from you even after a month.I contacted HOSHINOYA Group for inquiries, but I have not heard back from them.I wrote both my email address and phone number and made an inquiry. It really is a pseudo-luxury resort.I will never use Hoshinoya Group again. For those considering staying here in the future"Don't be fooled by the atmosphere, and don't forget to assess whether the price is worth it."I felt very sad and sad, so please forgive me for giving a bad review. For someone like me who enjoys hotels both domestically and internationally, it would be no exaggeration to say that this was the worst hotel I've ever been to."A hotel where you can't enjoy the balcony that the hotel sells."On the morning of the second day, there were three large bees flying around outside, so I couldn't go out to the balcony and gave up.There was a beehive about 10 cm in diameter, so I had them removed during the day.I thought it couldn't be helped. However, the next day there were three bees on the balcony.I really wanted to enjoy the balcony.I called the front desk at 6:30.Waited for 2 hours after being told that I would respond. No contact.I called the front desk again before 8:30.``The person in charge starts work at 8:30, but I still came early.'' . (Huh?💧)I thought the person in charge would come to my room at 6:30, so I couldn't really relax for two hours. The extermination came at 8:30.A large amount of exterminating spray was used on the balcony, and the sofa and table were left as they were without cleaning.I had requested room service to be served on the balcony starting at 9:10, but there was no way I could have breakfast on a balcony full of pest control chemicals. In the end, I had breakfast in my room, and even after that I couldn't enjoy the balcony that was covered in chemicals, so I was so sad that I cried. The hardest part was seeing them off.Apologize in a standard way with a half-smile, saying something like “this happens often.”I was very disappointed because the price I paid did not match the quality of the hotel. Not suitable for those who regularly use 4-5 star hotels120,000 yen per person for 2 nights and 3 days including meals"If it was 120,000 yen..." I can't help but feel disappointed when I compare it with other hotels. The hotel was so worthless that I seriously wanted a refund.

Sure! Here’s a more intense version:“The location of this hotel is fine, but the service was absolutely atrocious. We had two rooms upon check-in and gave clear instructions about where to send the luggage, yet they still managed to mess it up and deliver it to the wrong room. Dinner was shockingly mediocre — they served wagyu beef and pork shoulder together, and the quality was nowhere near worth the price. Breakfast? Just as bad, completely lackluster. And to top it off, no hot spring! When we checked out today, they said the car service was busy and we’d have to wait 10-15 minutes. Well, we ended up waiting a full half hour. I was beyond furious! 😡 I will never book this place again, and I’ll make sure none of my friends ever go near it either. Comparing this place to Hakone Gora Garden is like night and day — they’re not even in the same league.”

Very comfortable room, even the bathroom is extra comfortableThe scenery is also great, but it’s a pity that Mount Fuji is blocked by a treeThe service staff are very good. Most of them speak English well and are always available. Please note that the hotel does not have any laundry facilitiesAnd the meeting place is a bit far from the station and awkward.

Nice hotel with a good range of activities, including game dinner, pizza making, chopping the wood and canoeing.Game dinner is nice but the portion is in a Japanese portion, six courses but not filling at all. Ordered a second round of food for room service afterwards.
