This is a hotel that makes you feel comfortable just by looking at it.Let me talk about the best part first. The open-air hot spring in the hotel is the best I have ever experienced. It faces Lake Kawaguchi Fuji and the sea and sky are the same color. Just taking a bath in the hot spring makes people feel extremely comfortable. At that moment, I really felt that "this is life" wonderful taste. The hotel's services are also first-class, from parking guidance, dedicated check-in on the sofa in the lobby, welcome drinks, restaurant services, etc., everything is very satisfying.Great hotel, worth visiting again!

I stayed here twice with my family, and both times we were able to relax and enjoy the courteous customer service.

I went on a summer trip with my own car. I tried to make a reservation online, but as expected, the popular hotel was fully booked🈵. When I made a reservation directly with the hotel, I was told that they do not accept direct reservations.I thought I was waiting for a cancellation, but I was told that there were still slots available for JTB and Kinki Nippon Tourist.I made a reservation through JTB.With JTB's special plan, 2 glasses of Koshu wine were included with the teppanyaki meal, and a bottle of wine was also included in the room, so I was very happy. We chose a room with an open-air bath.Since we had a bath in our room, it was great for the couple to be able to drink the wine we received while taking a bath while looking out at the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. The food is also delicious with Teppanyaki breakfast. The staff was also very helpful. There was a bath in the room, but I also took a bath in the hotel's large bath. Mt. Fuji can be seen from anywhere, but if anything, the bath in the room was better.vinegar.Some people also rented family baths. When I asked in advance, they made a cake 🎂 for me, and my husband gave me a wedding anniversary cake as a surprise after dinner.Although it was only one night, I was very satisfied. This time, it was summer and Mt. Fuji was not covered with snow, so I would like to stay here again next time and see Mt. Fuji covered with snow.Everyone at JTB Everyone at KUKUNAThank you very much for the wonderful experience.

As expected, Kukuna is a hot topic, and I have no complaints about the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji, the open-air bath, the open-air bath attached to the room, the food, and the service. I think it's worth taking the plunge and staying once in your life, but since it's a high-class hotel, it's hard on your wallet, so I think you'll be satisfied with a room without an open-air bath.Dinner is half buffet, but it's delicious and filling. The service and friendliness of the staff were also noteworthy.

This time, the weather was bad and I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from my room. It would be a great place if it was sunny...However, the room has a balcony, which I think is the best place to relax. The food is delicious and satisfying.I want to take revenge on Mt. Fuji.

This is my favorite hotel. You can enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji and the food is delicious! I felt that the food, both course and buffet, was even more delicious. I was also happy that foie gras was added to the steak. There is a wide variety of desserts and they are very delicious. I also like the scent of cucuna. The staff are kind, and it's amazing that all of them, even the young ones, are good people. I'm looking forward to visiting. However, this time I was sad because the sweets in the room had been changed from Mt. Fuji cookies. It's not often that there's only one baked goods on display, so I felt a bit lonely sharing the sweets between two people. Coffee in the lounge is also set at a time that is difficult to use, starting at 6pm. I was disappointed that my favorite French toast, which was my favorite part of breakfast, had been replaced with hard walnut bread. I want this to stop.I remember thinking that the welcome drink last time was wine. The clothes in the hall were beautifully changed, but it was too hot to wear them. I'm glad I brought an extra T-shirt. There wasn't a bathtub in the room, so if you have a child who isn't diapered, you'll have to take a baby bath even if they're over 1 year old...I feel sorry for the bath and hesitate to visit again. I guess I can't use the private bath...It's a hotel with nice hot springs, spectacular views, and wonderful food, but it's not like a resort hotel and has a simple structure, so that's usually a good thing, but this time the weather was bad and I couldn't see Mt. Fuji, so it was a rather ordinary hotel. I felt like I was getting closer to the hotel. Once I lost the view, I began to focus on the parts of the hotel that I wish were a little more like, and the parts that were disappointing. Nowadays, even cheap large hotels are increasingly offering free drinks, food, and services, so I would expect a little more from a luxury hotel. I'm thinking of going just one more time with high hopes, but the prices have gone up and I might not be as impressed as I was the first time. I wonder if there will be a lot of foreigners in the future due to the weak yen. . I'm sad because I was looking forward to going to Kukuna.

Great location! The customer service from the staff is also impeccable! I'm very satisfied. Mt. Fuji is right in front of your eyes, and you can see it from both your room and the public bath. The French toast at the breakfast buffet is delicious! A staff member made a version with vanilla ice cream.I want to come again
