It was my first time glamping. The facilities were also great. If the weather had been a little better, I would have been able to see Mt. Fuji clearly.

It was my first time using it.Since the forecast predicted that a typhoon would hit the scheduled time, I checked the safety of the glamping facility and the cancellation fee three days in advance.``The facility is built sturdy, so there will be no problems. The open-air bath will be fine as long as the roof is exposed.''``Normally, we would charge the full amount of the cancellation fee, but due to the typhoon, there will be no cancellation fee this time.''I believed his words, and the day before, many expressways were closed due to the typhoon, and Shinkansen and express bus services were also suspended, so I told them the day before that I wanted to cancel for safety reasons. If you cancel, you will be charged the full cancellation fee.'' yes? I don't understand what that means. If so, no matter what kind of disaster it is from the beginning, as long as we are open, we will charge you the full cancellation fee from 3 days in advance. It would be better if you said that.I was worried that the entire amount would be taken, and I made the children and dog feel scared on the day, but somehow we made it through heavy rain and a typhoon.I received an explanation at the reception desk, but was told, ``Please do not expose the roof of the open-air bath, as it is dangerous to do so.'' yes? Didn't you say it was safe?To be honest, the rice is not worth the price, and there are no instructions on how to cook it, cooking utensils, ingredients, etc., so I don't know how to make it or how to use it.Air purifier at night? The alarm won't stop, and I can't sleep because I don't know how to stop it.The staff also provides minimal customer service.Support is just lies. However, the facilities, open-air bath, and location were great.I gave a harsh review, but if the food, support, and customer service were even a little more customer-oriented, it would be a facility that I would definitely want to come back to every year, so I would like to write this with high expectations. Ta.

It was the best time with the dog. I was glad that I could see Mt. Fuji in the morning, but unfortunately I couldn't see it due to thick clouds during the day. It can't be helped because of the weather.

Before going to bed at night, I uncovered the quilt on one of the beds and found a pair of sweatpants that should have been worn by employees. This completely changed the experience from a good thing to a disappointment. How do you keep it clean?
