The room was great.New, clean, spacious, big windows with great views. The bath is also spacious, and when you open the window, it looks like a semi-open-air bath. There are coffee beans and a coffee grinder, so you can brew freshly ground coffee. The sweets provided were also delicious. The TV is also big.Dinner is an authentic French full course meal. Breakfast is a buffet.Welcome drink in the lounge was available until 7pm. From 18:00 to 19:00, you can enjoy muffins, sweet potatoes, and wine for free. Dinner is served in two shifts at 5:30 pm and 7:45 pm, so it is a service for those who are late.

Had an amazing hotel stay here. Very good welfare from the hotel. From the welcome drinks, teatime snacks, free supper ramen, shuttle service to the main town, beautiful views from the room, multiple private onsen baths that do not require booking, ice cream and or probiotic drink after your onsen, I could go on and on. The dinner service is a little expensive ~$110 (as expected) but the hotel recommended some alternative food options and helped us make reservations 😁 10/10 hotel

I used it on a family trip to celebrate. From prior email communicationThank you very much for your kind response,I was looking forward to staying there.Even though I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time on the day.I was surprised at how accommodating both the dispatcher and the front desk staff were. (It was my first time to experience such great customer service)The room was also spacious and clean.Everywhere in the hotel was such a wonderful place that I wanted to take pictures. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. My only regret is that I was so full that I couldn't eat Yacuri Soba.As a supervisor, I feel that all staff membersIt's been consistently great.Everyone is pleasant and polite in everything they do.I felt very comfortable during my stay. It was a really fun trip.I would definitely use it again.

Although we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to bad weather, the view from the room was very nice. The room was a rose room with an open-air bath, but it was small overall, the sofa was uncomfortable, and there was no place to relax other than the bed.The food was French, but it was very delicious. Also, even though I was eating fairly quickly, the food was served according to my pace. The soba noodles and ice cream before the bath made me feel like I was getting something, and it was really good.

It's a little far from Kawaguchiko Station, but luckily there is a shuttle bus service. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel room, which is really a big selling point. The evening set meal is really good, and the breakfast is a buffet breakfast. Quite concise and substantial. It's just that the price of 55,000 yen is not very affordable in my opinion.
