We had the best stay here! Nyokki especially was so kind and a huge help to us. Location is 15 min walk from ski lifts but very conveniently the shuttle bus stops directly across the street. Great breakfasts, cozy space. Would definitely stay again.

We were not aware that Full Note was above a bar where you can hear the music and patrons until well after midnight. And that the showers would open up into the bathroom that bar patrons use and be pretty gross. Many of us did not feel comfortable using the showers and/or felt embarrassed when we did. Food was mediocre in our opinion and bland. Whiteroom booked this for us but we wouldn't stay here again.

I’m not recommended this place, shower room next to bar not really private at all, also the floor very cold when you shower. They have space to storing ski equipments, but it’s very inconvenient to get in and out.Other than that, the room was warm and comfortable.

Would NOT recommend! Full Note Hotel, was gross and simply unacceptable. The showers are in the basement with a connecting door to a loud bar. I did not feel comfortable with my wife showering there. The meals Whiteroom/Full Note provided lacked culture, taste, and sustenance. The hotel staff is friendly when you can find them but usually they are hiding in the back somewhere. 1 our of 4 lights worked in our bedroom. The drinking water supplied was empty every evening. The bathroom floors were unsanitary.

I love the piano downstairs. I was able to play with the resident drummer and bass player. I love and usually miss playing music when I vacation. This place let me have more fun by playing piano. Thanks

Exceptional stay at Pension Fullnote. Great location, walking distance to the main street and the free shuttle stops right out front. Nyokki, the host, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. Our Japanese style room was spacious with incredibly comfortable beds. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious breakfast, adding an extra touch to an already fantastic experience.
