We had a wonderful stay at Kozue. The penthouse was very spacious and comfortable for our adult family of five. Great location and the views of Mt Yotei were spectacular.

Everything is perfect here. The view outside of room is impressive! Jasper is very nice and helping! I can not read Japanese so he helped me out with the facilities which I didn’t know how to use in my room. I had a great time here! Thanks a lot!

Had a great time at kozue, the team there (Louis, Fletch, Regan, Daisy and Luke) took great care and was very friendly with every encounter. Every request was acted on promptly, making the whole experience very comfortable.Accomodation is very comfortable and clean, however there was a musky smell in the bathroom and the pillows weren't the greatest. The ski storage is also not very secure and needs locking mechanism improvements.

Kozue is a beautiful and comfortable stay, super convenient and really close to all the fixings in Hirafu as well as Niseko ski resort. Lots of great amenities, large and clean, and they come and service the place every two days. Their complimentary shuttle service was ultra clutch, got us around super quickly and easily, it was a 3 minute ride between the resort and the front door. Louie, Regan, Jordy, Luke, and Amber were the best!

Our 3 bedroom unit at Kozue was perfect for our group of 6. The outdoor private hot tub and spacious living room were highlights. Thanks to Louie, Regan, Amber, Luke and Jordy for going out of their way to make our stay memorable.

From the moment I arrived, the staff, particularly , went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.The accommodations were cozy, with well-appointed rooms that offered a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. The on-site amenities, including a crackling fireplace in the common area and a outdoor heated jaccuzi , added to the overall appeal.What truly set this ski accommodation apart was the exceptional service provided by Regan, Louie, Fletcher, Zak One, Dylan, Amber & Luke. They were not only attentive and courteous but also knowledgeable about the best slopes, local attractions, and dining options. Their personal touch made me feel welcome and added a warmth to the stay.Whether you're a skiing enthusiast or just seeking a tranquil mountain getaway, Kozue with its dedicated staff, especially Regan, Louie, Fletcher, Zak One, Dylan, Amber & Luke, is a top-notch choice for a memorable and relaxing experience. The entire team there were super friendly and helpful. I remember Regan, Louie, Amber, giving us helpful advice and making us feel at home.The apartment on the first floor was amazing and spacious, and even has a hot tub outside. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at th Kozue. The apartment and rooms were so nice and cosy, not forgetting the amazing snow view I had for room 201. The front desk services were all very friendly and polite , always making sure I am in good order. Special mentions to Amba who went through the extra mile to help me with some washing although it wasn’t her job. And also thank you Lewis for his kindness for helping me to locate my phone in the washing machine and for his kind gesture. Thank you to Felix for the entire arrangement of my Kozue stay and his team. Kozue definitely has an amazing team. I will be back for sure!

The room was spacious and I could see the trees through the glass window, which made me feel very peaceful.There is no bathtub in the bathroom, so Japanese people may not be able to relieve their fatigue.On the first day, I didn't have any towels so I had to bring one, and many of the home appliances were difficult to use even when I read the manuals, so be careful.The kitchen is large and has all the utensils, but there are no bowls or bowls. You will also need to prepare your own seasonings.
